Visited Sentido restaurant this week on a last minute decision to get some food and we was pleasantly surprised from the moment we arrived. The bar area was very welcoming with cozy areas to have a chilled drink and everything smelt incredible, The restaurant was bright and spacious. We ordered the mixed seafood paella and it was 10/10

Enjoyed an excellent meal here with the family during twixtmas. Food very good indeed with outstanding seafood including the best oysters I’ve had in years, perfectly served with finely diced shallots and vinegar. Very decent wine list too with some Spanish crackers and a good range of bottles under £35, with Cruzcampo on tap. Service brisk and charming. Lovely room too. The restaurant is not cheap but the cooking and ingredients justify the prices. Don’t expect to be served too quickly either - though that comes with cooking everything fresh to order. At £50 per head and given the wait, however, I wonder if some nibbles might be provided to start, maybe some salted almonds, to whet the appetite (and perhaps incentivise more drinks?). Keen to return for tapas soon - which look really superb value - with a bottle of something interesting. Some thought might be given to improving the informal area to encourage tapas trade, perhaps? Just really keen this place does well as we will definitely be back when next visiting mother. Bravo Lourdes and Carlos and the very best of luck.

A new offering in Sandhurst with the opening of this smart new Spanish restaurant, Sentido. We tried the Pinxtos and Tapas today and were very happy with our choices of Tortilla de patatas, Escalivada anchivies del Cantabrico, Selection of mini croquettes and Spanish semicurado manchego cheese, accompanied by a nice Rioja and an IPA. The owners, Carlos and Lourdes are very welcoming and takes time to have a chat when it's not busy and it was nice to hear about their vast experience in the Food and Hospitality business. Also, a shout out to Julie who was excellent at the front of house. We were so impressed by this place and have booked for a dinner date in 2 weeks. Thoroughly recommended if you are anywhere within driving distance of Sandhurst TN 18 5HY

Had a wonderful meal here last night. Service was polite and timely, lovely warm restaurant with a lovely feel and the food fantastic and very good value. We shared a meat paella between 3 and there was enough food for thirds. Delicious and definitely be back soon for Tapas. Great choice for a lovely meal
