This has been my dental practice since I had teeth. I now live in West London but continue to drive the 120 mile round trip because of the excellent care I receive from the team at the practice. Calm and Gentle absolutely lived up to their name. I’ve had a course of appointments to plan and have treatment. Everyone I saw and spoke with really wanted me to feel as comfortable as possible with what was happening. I was particularly nervous as I hadn’t been to the dentist for some time. I felt everybody really listened to my concerns and Pieter especially took time to explain what was happening during the treatment to help me understand. He got the balance right of telling me what to expect and not telling too much so I became overwhelmed. I did not expect to feel this, but I’m genuinely looking forward to coming back when it’s time for my next appointment. Thank you to a lovely practice for putting the people first.
