Most stunning wedding venue around. Staff were amazing. Massive shout out to Vicky who helped me out as I was part of the bridal party. Everything was truly amazing. Rooms was clean and tidy. Food was brilliant and the location is stunning.

Came in for lunch with my husband last month and it was amazing. We sat outside in the sun and had a glass of wine watching the world go by. Dave had the fish of the day (fish and chips) and I had the mushroom pasta. We shared some arancini also. The food and service was incredible and we will definitely be back soon!

As a wedding photographer, I’ve had the pleasure of capturing several weddings at Blacknest Golf & Country Club, and it is truly a dream venue. The stunning countryside setting provides a beautiful backdrop for outdoor tipi ceremonies and portraits, while the modern interiors offer elegant space for bridal prep. The team is incredibly professional and attentive, ensuring every detail is perfect. Whether it’s the tipi, the picturesque greens, or the cozy clubhouse, every corner of Blacknest offers fantastic opportunities and I am excited to see its upcoming refurbishments in the near future! We recently had our wedding day at Blacknest and could not have asked for a better day! A lot of that was down to the amazing staff they have there, and a very special mention to Vicky and Georgia who brought everything together! The team went above and beyond to make everything we asked for happen and nothing was too much trouble. The food was delicious and everyone enjoyed it! We cannot thank Vicky and the team enough for everything they did! Vicky was also brilliant at explaining how everything would work and made sure the day ran smoothly! So glad they’ve open up in Bordon. Lovely tasty food 🥘 and a good portion sizes. Large menu with good range of vegetarian options. I tend to order online and get a delivery and never had to wait too long. So far haven’t had a bad curry from here.

What a lovely surprise. I've been wanting to try it since the opening and today I had that opportunity. I felt such different and incredible flavors, what a good seasoning! We ordered two different dishes and I hope to try more things from the menu soon. The service was lovely, the people who welcomed us treated us very well and were very kind in answering our questions about what to order. When my friends come to visit me in Bordon I will make sure to take them there. It's great to know that we have good things here in our city too. I hope there are many more to come.

First time trying Pizza Time as we usually use Domino's.. Ordered at the weekend so delivery took longer than expected however when the food arrived it was hot and delicious with lots of melty cheese! The guy on the phone was polite and friendly and explained about the weekend delay which does not show up on the website. Plenty of options to choose from and good for a vegetarian. Definitely will use again. Their four cheese pizza was way better than one I had in an Italian restaurant recently. Nice one guys.. Thanks for feeding us!

This place is becoming my favourite takeaway in Bordon. The pizza is much better than Domino's and Papa Johns. The staff is very friendly, and the prices are very reasonable. Their toppings are great! I highly recommend the Carbonara pizza! They also have a loyalty scheme - make sure you grab your card. I wish them success as they're proving that quality doesn't mean pricey.

Extremely tasty food. Very clean. Great decor and friendly helpful staff. I'm vegetarian and my girlfriend is vegan and coeliac and we sti felt like we had choice. The staff were extremely helpful with this and their colour coded plate system for allergies put my girlfriend at ease. They also seemed to have an excellent range of drinks. Visited for Brunch on a saturday at 12, £32 per person for food, and unlimited drinks. The food was delicious and the Mimosa's were perfect! The decor inside is so nicely done as well. Cant wait to go back!! Visited again for the Coronation afternoon tea, absolutely lovely at only £16.95 each plus £7 for prosecco!

We have lived close by for years and this is our first visit. Dinner with friends. What a lovely pub! Very pleasantly surprised. Taken to a table tucked away in a corner, perfect for catching up with friends we haven’t seen for a while. The menu isn’t extensive but it is a good size, meaning that the chef can concentrate on presentation rather than having to contend with a multitude of dishes. I had the pork belly, it was perfectly presented and very tasty. Others at the table had the pie of the day, chicken and leek, and fish and chips. All good sized portions. Eton mess Sunday for my dessert and local ice cream for the others. Now that we have discovered this little gem so close to home we will be back.

Just called in on the spare of the moment, Monday night is burger night, amazing value, two well presented, well cooked burgers, each with a lovely basket of fries, served with a smile, garlic ciabata starter, washed down with a pint of Guinness (had to on Patrick's night) and a soft drink for the wife, all for under £40. We've eaten here 3 or 4 times and not been disappointed. Lovely friendly atmosphere and made to feel very welcome.

I was part of the Multiple Sclerosis Alton and Petersfield Christmas meal group , 31 ( ish ) people in total. Excellent service from the wait staff , delivering different meals to us . We were chatting, so making themselves heard was a challenge. The main course was hot , vegetables perfectly cooked and plentiful. Well done to the chefs , kitchen and wait staff. A lovely time was had by us all.

6 members of our extended family met at The Half Moon bar and restaurant today. We were served by a very polite and pleasant gentleman. Our meal was delicious and dessert yummy. The Half Moon is located by Petersfield in Hampshire and is an easy venue to reach for our group who lived within a 25-mile radius. Certainly would recommend.

Our go-to Indian for takeaway. Food is always great yet regardless of how busy they are, they always make a point of saying hello & thank you. In this day and age that goes a long way. Definitely recommend as we've never been disappointed. A+++

Went for a 10.15am brunch for the very first time me after a lovely dog walk at Waggoners Wells. Coffee made by Katie was fantastic. Cooked breakfast was delicious using locally sourced produce. Staff were warm and welcoming and made the whole experience a special occasion. Dylan the Springer was welcomed too and personal water bowl provided. We will be back!

We recently visited the Woodlark in Bordon and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The service was exceptional—bright, cheerful, and welcoming. The food arrived hot and was absolutely delicious, perfectly complementing the festive yet calming atmosphere. We were also impressed with the timing; a 25-minute wait was just right, giving us enough time to relax and enjoy some drinks beforehand. Overall, we’re very pleased and look forward to returning soon. Highly recommended!

Both bar and waiting staff were lovely. Friendly and helpful. Service good. The Sunday lunch (roast beef) was very nice, whilst not spectacular. It was really decent value for money. We were full, content and not too out of pocket! An enjoyable experience.

We read the reviews and decided to check out the experience. The pub has recently been taken over by a new couple who are doing an incredible job. I’d like to say at the start I don’t base my review feedback on just the food it’s all about the experience from start to finish. The atmosphere in the pub very relaxed the food extremely well cooked and very hot. The environment extremely clean ❤️literally spotless especially the toilets. The staff were all extremely nice.We ended up having a bit of banter with one of the customers who actually ended up being one of the bar staff, a top man. It’s not very often you visit a place and feel like you’ve had an absolutely fantastic time, but we did. Some advice to anyone reading this review make sure you pop in and check this place out it rocks. Good luck for 2025 you’ve certainly made an impression on us best wishes Darren/Dawn.
