I booked a boiler service a month in advance, expecting December to be a busy time. On the day I had a medical emergency so I called the office and explained to Louise. She immediately contacted the engineer and reorganised his schedule to accommodate my appointment. Nathan arrived on time and carried out the service quickly and efficiently. Nathan fitted a new boiler and power flushed the system. He worked independently and kept us updated at all times as to what was required and what task he was completing.
