John was so polite, kind and efficient. He provided an excellent service and we felt confident in his ability to do the job. While at our property completing the job he was quiet, quick and friendly. Everything works well and was tidied up nicely. Really pleased. Will definitely be using John again in the future.

John installed a new boiler, changing from a conventional to a combi and moving it from the kitchen into the loft. He also installed new radiators throughout our house. I’m very happy with his work, his pricing was fair and competitive, and he started the job within a week of us accepting the quote. He even had the bricklayer rebrick an old flue that had been patched in a rather untidy way. I would definitely use John again and would recommend him if you are after a friendly, fair, and professional plumber. Thanks John!

Brand new bathroom install, brand new boiler install in two homes now by John The Plumb. Delighted with all work done and would not hesitate to recommend to everyone. Gas safety checks done each year wlso so I know my home is safe.

John helped us out with a faulty boiler at the 7th Heaven Studio. We were really grateful that he was able to visit us in a timely manner to check out the fault and he kept us updated with news on when the new part would be delivered/installed.
