The warm welcome, the aroma of the studio, the explanation and details of the process, seeing your scalp close up and the relaxing atmosphere and music. I have recommended to everybody! I loved every minute and felt so relaxed. Gemma talked me through the process beforehand and showed me my scalp under a microscope which was really interesting! Absolutely fantastic service today of the head spa! Truly loved it. Was made to feel very comfortable and was told every step of the journey what was being done. Not to mention feeling so so relaxed and zen! Not to mention the smell was beautiful and the studio was so tranquil!

Gemma made me feel very welcome from the start. The room is also very welcoming. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The amount of pressure was spot on, not too hard and not too soft and no scratching. Three days on and my hair feels wonderful. The treatment was amazing from start to finish. Gemma makes you feel at ease straight away and the studio is very zen. The smells were amazing, the head spa and massage were super relaxing and I came out floating 😍 wish I could come every week, will definitely be back as soon as possible!
