A very professional service, Kirk explained exactly what needed to be done which was a valve to be fitted to stop rats climbing up my flexible toilet pipe and chewing through it. He took photos and a video to show me when the job was completed. I would highly recommend 👌.

When discussing the clean up job for after, they were not pushy on the price, and when I said I would like to do it myself to save money, they even gave me some me some gloves and anti bac wipes to help me with the job for free. I had the suprise of a huge rat in my kitchen yesterday evening and fortunately by this morning (Sunday) Kirk arrived to inspect the property. He did a thorough inspection and took the time to explain everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He then prepared a report and emailed to the landlady. It is quite a scary experience being a female and letting a man in the house you don't know, Kirk made me feel very comfortable and gave me lots of space.
