Unfortunately, the property I purchased was not properly vermin resistant, which resulted in rats in my walls and mice in my kitchen, among other serious flaws. On Sunday, I gave them a call regarding a mouse problem. They were really helpful, kind, and professional. The same day, Motasim showed up. He was incredibly kind, inspected my land, took pictures, and set the bait. I've just seen it on Sunday, but the mice haven't shown any more activity. In three and a half weeks, Motasim will conduct a follow-up inspection. He was really helpful in calming me and my girls and responding to all of my queries.
