Ben fixed our leaking flat roof that was “repaired” by cowboy traders in October 2023. It was great to see how a professional job should be done! No payment taken until job was completed and kept us informed throughout and explained how the system he uses works. Definitely felt he went out of his way to ensure the job was done to the best possible standard.

I’ve had a persistent leak beside a dormer window which I have tried unsuccessfully to have repaired by other roofers. I found Ben on the Trading Standards website and he undertook a number of improvements to guttering, redirecting how rain drains away and replacing several areas of roof felting that had deteriorated and had been punctured. I cannot recommend Ben strongly enough, extremely personable, reliable and really knows his stuff.
