We had Stephen come for the first visit and he was really informative, friendly and professional. He helped us feel at ease and explained what he was doing. The second visit was by Alex and he was great too in updating us on the progress. All in all, we are really happy with the service provided. EXCELLENT - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I was hearing mice scratching around. Stephen visited and very carefully looked for all entry points. He also checked for mouse droppings and evidence. He placed mouse poison strategically outside the house. The following week, Daniel visited and checked how much they had consumed. He re-checked for entry points and added some more bait. He also spotted a developing issue of flies in one of the drains. Both worked very thoroughly and explained the situation and our options. They did not rush and took their time to effectively deal with the issues. They are professional and do an extremely good job at a reasonable price. Many thanks!

Superb job. We had a wasps nest that managed to make its way into the attic. We contacted EcoCare and they were very responsive and booked us in. Fabio turned up promptly, inspected the scene and then donned the equipment to remove the nest. Fantastic service. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending. Very professional.
