Marcus is a miracle worker. He managed to get the last 3 screws (in the country) to get my old Suprima boiler running again. Friendly and easy to work with, arrived on time and has great communication! Will be using him again for future plumbing needs. Thank you! Also very good pricing.

Called on Friday to ask advice re a job on our boiler and he popped in the same day to look at it and then quoted a reasonable price by the end of the day. Completed job 2 working days later and has done a really neat job. Nice guy to deal with and left everything clean and tidy. Will defo use again when needed.

I had an extremely bad experience as a child. This was my first trip to a dentist in 50 years. Matthew was extremely patient, calm and methodical and any anxiety was soon forgotten. It was a very positive and painless experience.

I have just had approx 20 crowns fitted to replace 40 year old ones which were looking unsightly. Needless to say this was extensive treatment and expensive, however Matthew is such a comfortable person to be with, he is so friendly and approachable, and really tried to make me feel relaxed.. my only negative was i felt bit ropey a couple of times and would have loved a quiet room to sit in for a while rather than the waiting room, but this is a lot to ask i suppose , especially in a small building. Staff are very helpful and friendly .I am so pleased with my new teeth 🥰

The most important thing is that I trust my dentist and hygienist have first-rate skills, are ethical and can give the best advice, and I'm confident that my dentist and hygienist at Lyme Bay have all these qualities. The support staff all seem genuinely in tune with the high values of the practice too.

My son was nervous having his first ever filling, as a mum you feel awful putting your child through this but the wonderful Jenny made us both feel relaxed and fully communicated with my son what was going to happen. I recommend the dentist Rishi Naraidoo.. he is a very good dentist.. he really knows what he is doing and the visit with him was a pleasure.. I almost fell asleep while he was fixing my teeth.. he is very friendly and understanding.. he explained everything very well, how the treatment would be carried out, paying attention to the smallest details... I highly recommend it, it's really worth it!!

Date of visit 15/11/24.( New patient) I was really very anxious as it was my first time for treatment with a new dentist. I needed not to have had such a sleepless night worrying! I feel very stupid now because I was looked after so well by my fabulous team Dr.Jessica Scott and nurse Ellie. They understood my nervousness and immediately reassured me that I was going to be in safe hands. The treatment I received was quick and completely painless. Ellie was really lovely and kept reassuring me as the treatment progressed which was greatly appreciated. I have to visit again for a couple more longer appointments to prepare to have a gold crown fitting and I promise not to be such a baby next time! Having had such a good experience on my first visit has absolutely reassured me that I’m in very experienced and safe gentle hands. So I’m looking forward to my next appointment! I was recently introduced to Sturminster Dental Practice by a very good friend on mine John Durham, having been unhappy with the care I was receiving elsewhere. During a recent storm, I had a full power outage. Ricky responded quickly and came out to fix the problem. He was professional and nothing was too much trouble despite it being late on a Saturday night. I cannot recommend him and the company enough.

Whilst I was away on holiday I rang Ricky Stubbs (owner/ partner) he not only arranged the work to be done, he was there unbelievably quick and turned up when he said and completed the work to an excellent standard. The client even told me of her gratitude and was very glad to have the issues sorted so promptly. I will be using Chris Stubbs and son again for sure. Very reliable and friendly.

Had an electrical problem on a Sunday morning. Stubbs came highly recommended by a friend. Left a message and received call within minutes (none of the other companies returned my calls) Problem dealt with efficiently and professionally. Stubbs Electrical and Security have now done extensive works for us across multiple domestic jobs: CCTV, electrical gates, garden lights, security lights, meshed wifi, rewiring and maintenance/ call-out emergencies. Not usually taken to leaving reviews but we had to say how pleased we are with the practice. We, thus far have only dealt with 4 members of staff and every one needs commending. Michele in reception was a real pleasure to talk to. Samantha (Dentist) listened carefully and gave some sound, professional, advice. Naomi (hygienist) spent ages explaining everything clearly and did such a great job on my teeth. Finally Lisa, who stood out because although she was exceptionally busy but still managed to get us sorted quickly and in a particularly friendly manner. Fair play to the management for employing such a great team.

Always excellent service, lovely reception team and the dentists and support team are fantastic - they explain things clearly and take their time. They're gentle and considerate in the treatments too. The only challenge is that they're so thorough that I keep getting encouraged to floss more :)
