What a find, traditional pub, dropped in for Sunday Lunch with our 3 Labradors. Great pint of Beer, Wonderful Roast Beef with lots of fresh veg and a homemade spiced Apple Crumble and Custard. So cheap, I don't know how they do it. We will be back.
Busy local pub with good simple pub food, friendly helpful considerate staff. Two special high points. One, they are autistic friendly. Two they are dog friendly. This made our visit more comfortable and indeed very pleasant. Thank you Green Man staff, you were lovely.
Had a Christmas party meal here, staff were friendly and helpful, food was great and there was a good atmosphere. Proper pub with staff who care.
Quintessential British pub. Staff are fantastic and make you feel welcome. Local roast beef was the most flavorful I've had for ages. Warm and cosy with lots of selfie spots and a pool table in the barn. Great value and service. Free carpark. Lots of live music and events. Can't wait to go back.
Really nice place for a Sunday lunch. Was nice to not be a chain restaurant and very reasonably priced compared to other local restaurants. It was our sons birthday the day we went, I only mentioned it in passing when we booked the table and to his surprise we were greeted with a birthday banner and a cake presented by the waitress, little touches like this really make a difference. I have no hesitation recommending this restaurant to anyone.
