Lovely vets, very friendly and staff are often very happy to answer questions or explain everything to you. My dog absolutely loves the staff too, she actually tries to take me there on her regular dog walks.

I cannot recommend this veterinary practice highly enough. From the moment we arrived, Fiona, the doctor, made us feel incredibly secure and well-cared-for. She took the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring we fully understood our pet's condition and the treatment plan. Her expertise and compassionate approach truly set her apart. Lynne at the reception was equally impressive. She was very helpful and ensured that our check-in process was smooth and stress-free. Her friendly demeanor made us feel welcome and at ease. When it came time for discharge, Rosie was outstanding. She was very attentive and took great care in explaining the aftercare instructions, ensuring we left with a clear understanding of how to best support our pet's recovery. We traveled all the way from London for this level of care and would do it again in a heartbeat. The team here is so amazing that we have also booked our post-op check-up and are were happy to make the journey once more. Their dedication and professionalism are truly commendable. We had a problem with our staffy which could have been a blocked bowel. Sleaford vets gave us an emergency appointment within a couple of hours. Fortunately, it was just a case of bad constipation. The vet gave us some meds and it was sorted within 24 hours. The receptionist was fantastic - so very helpful. The vet was amazing. She knew that our Indy got very stressed when visiting the vet and took great care to examine her whilst keeping her calm during the examination - and she didn't even charge us for the meds! What can I say? Absolutely amazing service. We couldn't recommend this practice highly enough.

I don't know how I have lived in sleaford this long without knowing about this gem of a place. The vets genuinely care about the animals and their owners. What a wonderful place this is!
