My mum fell over in her living room and left the key in the other side of the door so I couldn't get in so I called locksmiths Loughborough and they sent a lovely man out within 40 minutes. He was such a kind gentleman and even helped me get my mum back in her chair as I wasn't strong enough. He also changed the lock to a lock that has a turn function on the inside so she couldn't leave her key in the door next time I need to get in. Brilliant service! if I could give six stars I would.

Called them Out after my UPVC door wouldn’t lock leaving my house insecure . The locksmith came within a couple of hours and resolved the matter quickly and efficiently. Recommended

We were in a right pickle! Both front and back door wouldn't lock it was 7 o'clock at night! The panic was setting in... Dave (the nicest man alive) came to our rescue. Made us safe and secure within the hour. Not all heros wear capes. Thank you so so so much.

Needed to get a Milenco Wraith removed from our caravan. Dave did a fantastic job that wasn’t easy or quick (very difficult lock ). Having the nightmare of snapping my car key I approached the team in store to see if they had time to cut me a new one before closing time. They were so helpful, customer service was amazing. Excellent service. The handles came off a wrought iron security gate leading into my garden. Although the gate was 35 years old, the colleague from Charnwood Lock & Key found suitable replacement handles and fitted them. Very reasonably priced too. Highly recommended - my go-to locksmiths from now on.

Went in to get a pair of house keys cut. The guys there were super friendly, got my keys cut within 2 minutes and the price was very reasonable. Tested the keys when I got back and they work great. Highly recommend.

Really good. They repaired a vintage lock in my house. It wasn’t an easy job due to the age of the lock, but they did it very efficiently. It was one of those jobs that I was glad to have left to the experts. Great, professional, polite service at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

My door wasn't locking due to miss-alignment with the colder weather. Darren diagnosed the problem very quickly and my door was fixed within 30 minutes. Was a 5 Star rate service all round - Professional - Friendly & very efficient. Already passed Darren details onto my Dad as a recommendation

I'm not a customer, but I called when locked out. This guy tried to re arrange appointments to help me out, recommend other places and informed my about what prices I should expect to pay.
