James and his colleague came to fit our new boiler last week that we had purchased via Boxt. I can speak highly enough of the service Acute provided. They were incredible professional and considerate of the Covid situation we are all in. They had to carry out some additional pipe work to convert the old gas pipes, but this was undertaken without any fuss and the work was completed to a very high standard. From a time spent ons site perspective, again, they arrived on time (8am), having called the night before to confirm all details and were finished by around 3pm, having left the work area clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Acute. Great work and very nice people as well. Thank you Lee & Lisa

We had a flood in the kitchen from a pipe behind the sink. Steve arrived when he said he would, which was very quick. He was very professional and friendly and did a very good, clean job at a reasonable price. Thanks very much. Will definitely use again if we need to and would recommend.

I can highly recommend Acute, called out to resolve an issue caused by another contractor. Steve the engineer was polite, friendly and professional. He quickly identified the problem, explained the process clearly to me and kept me updated. Problem resolved and area left clean and tidy. Brilliant service all keeping to Covid 19 regulations

Every six months I visit the wonderful hygienist Karen at the Sandford. Not only does she thoroughly clean my teeth, but over the years she has given me a huge amount of advice about my dental hygiene. As a result, my teeth have never been cleaner nor in better condition. She also happens to be a truly delightful person.

My orthodontic treatment with Nina and the team at the Sandford was a pleasure from start to finish. I felt reassured and at ease with Nina from my very first consultation. Her knowledge and expertise were immediately apparent, combined with her calming and pleasant manner gave me confidence and faith in the two year process I was embarking upon. Every appointment in that time was a joy: Nina and the team were always lovely, kind and supportive and the environment was relaxed and welcoming. Now at the end of my journey, I’m so pleased with the results and so grateful to Nina for transforming my teeth. I can whole heartedly recommend her and the Sandford.

Honestly the best decision ever! Nina, Kat, Farhad, Sarah and the team have done an amazing work on my teeth. Their attention to detail, patience and care was tremendous. My treatment took a bit longer as I had 1 tooth that wouldn't budge, so they opted for another round of aligners to make sure they were perfect. I think others would have been sick of me by then and booted me out, but this team is so lovely. I always had a really good laugh with them and am really pleased with the results. Thank you all so much! Highly Recommended!

Fantastic. I previously had my teeth whitened here, which looks great. I have been visiting Zahra Khan for my Hygiene appointments. She is such a lovely lady, as I have always been frightened when visiting dentists, due to a bad experience ax a child. She explains what she is doing, she has a lovely manner, and at the end gives good advice, which really works. I would highly recommend.

I’ve had such challenging experiences with dentists in the past that I developed a real phobia and avoided dental visits for several years. Thankfully, my daughter strongly recommended Zahra Khan, and I’m so glad she did. From the moment I walked into the dental practice, I felt at ease due to its warm and welcoming ambiance. Zahra was not only exceptionally skilled but also compassionate and attentive throughout the entire process. I could feel her confidence which put me at ease. I received a completely pain-free treatment, and the results were fantastic. If you’ve ever felt anxious or hesitant about visiting a dentist, I highly recommend Zahra Khan. She has truly transformed my perspective on dental care.

Have used twice now over two years, once for a plumbing issue a couple years ago and second for heating issue today. Fantastic service and price both times. Highly recommend! Got in touch with Josh and was able to be round the next morning, very flexible and accommodating. Will be moving house next year and will absolutely be using for any future plumbing or heating needs!

I contacted Josh when I believed I had discovered a leak early in the morning. He was prompt to respond and kept me up to date on timing he was expected around. When he arrived, he quickly found the issue, gave me a fair price to solve and managed to solve the issue. Super efficient and courteous. I have used many plumbers in the area before who take you for a ride, Josh is not that guy, his number is 100% saved going forward and would encourage others to use him!

Josh did a great job for us at replacing a seized mains valve into our property on an emergency call out. He got a lot of detail over the phone before coming out and was with us in a couple of hours. He was tidy, polite and explained everything clearly along the way. Very reasonable charges with no surprises or hidden costs. We will be using him again.

Hale Electrics have been excellent from the quotation process through to the completion of the work (exterior and garden lighting). Calvin was very helpful and knowledgeable in planning the work and explaining the options. The team that did the work (James and Conrad) were very professional, polite and personable, a credit to the company. I have no hesitation in recommending Hale and would happily use them again.

We have used Calvin and his team many times and would highly recommend them. The pre appointment communication is fantastic and the team are prompt, tidy, friendly and work to a very high standard. This is the second time I have used Hale Electrics. Initially for internal wall lights up the stairs and external wall lights, this time for my daughter’s new home ; old external lights and cables to be removed and new PIR up and down lights to be fitted . Both times the communication has been exceptional - prompt quote from Calvin , work completed as quoted and on time to a high standard. Pleasant , polite and punctual electricians. Will be using again for sure.

Highly recommend Dr Simrath Mangat for anyone thinking about getting composite bonding. I came to him over a year ago (so this is a long overdue review!), wanting to have old bonding taken off as I didn’t like the shape and discolouration. He talked me through my options and we decided to get my teeth whitened and then get bonding done on my front 6 teeth - as you can see from the photo I have some trauma on my front teeth from an accident when I was younger, so this definitely wasn’t an easy job for Dr Simrath. It has been over a year, and I’m still loving my teeth, and he has even polished them up for me recently to keep them looking great. Thanks to his amazing work I now feel confident smiling with my mouth open for the first time in a very long time, so I can’t thank him enough. He is also a very friendly, patient, listens to what you want and instantly makes you feel at ease, which I really appreciate as I can be quite anxious in these situations.

Had porcelain bridges fitted by Tom, and what an amazing job from start to finish it has been. What a journey I've attached photos from before and after to show the amazing work that Tom and the Crook log Dental team have done. Can't thank them enough for the smile and more confidence!. Dr Simrath is a really friendly and considerate dentist, he made me feel at ease when I was nervous. He was informative of the treatment options available, and throughout the process of the treatment. His work was careful, gentle, yet quick - thankfully! He was also brilliant seeing my young children. They both enjoyed their first dentist experience and have asked to come back! Highly recommend Crook Log Practise & Dr Sim.

My first visit to crook lost central practice was an absolute breeze. All staff was welcoming and friendly. Nicola was my dentist that day and she was very professional and made me feel comfortable. Would highly recommend this dentist! Prices are fair and open Saturdays is a massive bonus

Christian has been my Dentist for over 30 years My Dentist in Tonbridge, My Dentist when he moved to Orpington Practice. and still when he had his own practice in Otford. I have been travelling from Portsmouth to Otford, that says how good a Dentist he is. The best he saved my teeth!

I recently visited this dentist practice for the first time as a nervous patient and found it easy to schedule an appointment with the lovely Lisa on reception. David and Lyndsey made me feel so at easy during my 2 visits, explaining every step in detail and advising me in advance of any expected discomfort. I would definitely recommend Barnehurst Dental Practice especially for nervous patients like myself.

Great team, first class service , very relaxing. I wholeheartedly recommend! When a situation forced me to seek a dentist I was recommended Barnehurst Dental Practice . From the moment my call was answered and I explained I was really nervous patient, the service , understanding and patience I received was first class ! Assistant Lynsey gave me a really warm welcome and Dr Preya , explained everything she was doing ,X-ray’s were reviewed and explained full treatment plan discussed and in priority order , with absolutely no pressure .

Recently underwent some dental work at Barnehurst Dental Practice. Can't recommend them enough, the whole process was explained step by step. Lisa the Practice Manager is a delight, she always kept me updated on appointments with texts and phone call reminders. Dr Sunny Walia, who I initially saw, was very professional and advised on what was needed. Priya who then followed up the work was also very knowledgeable and experienced. Overall a great experience.

I visited Barnehurst Dental Practice for a dental emergency. They were friendly, professional and really made me feel at ease after previously having bad experiences with other dentists. I returned for a tooth extraction which was painless and I have now booked in for further treatment. They are my dentist of choice, thank you to all the team there, I highly recommend them.

I had a check up with Marianna and her nurse Mo. Marianna explained everything in detail of what she was going to do and as she went along. Marianna is lovely, friendly, gentle and would put anyone at ease. Luckily I like the dentist but she is amazing (my old dentist at a different practice retired and I haven't found a dentist so nice since!) Thank you Marianna and Mo! Receptionists Libby and Lauren were lovely and welcoming. Both happy and friendly.

The team at 2 Green Dental are amazing! The receptionists were so kind and helpful. I first went there in severe pain and they made me feel so at ease. Having bad experiences at other dentist in the past, I felt very nervous going but I’m so glad I went to them! I was told by another dentist that my tooth would need removing but with Joshua’s skills he managed to save my tooth. Joshua is an amazing dentist! He went through step by step at every appointment and was very reassuring throughout. He didn’t rush any of the appointments and took the time he needed to fix my tooth. I am now pain free and my teeth look amazing! I would recommend to everyone! Joshua also had then best music playlist!

Both Josh and Daisy have been extremely helpful throughout my experience and nothings ever too much for them. Daisy took my initial call and got me booked in the next day. She’s friendly and always happy to help. Josh was so informative and made me aware of an issue I never knew I had! Which was fixed in a matter of days. He made me feel so calm and it was such a seamless experience. Will definitely be back for any further treatments! Thank you!

I would like to thank Dr Josh for the wonderful service I have received. As a nervous patient I was delighted with the care and professionalism I received. Dr Josh showed me all the x-rays he took during a dental check up. He identified the problem and took time to explain the procedures and options available to me. One the second appointment, Dr Josh repaired my tooth. It was fantastic from the start to finish. I am very pleased with the result of his work. I have to say I never actually ‘enjoyed’ going to the dentist before coming to Dr Josh. Dr Josh is so perceptive, knowledgeable and do such an excellent job! I have been a patient of Dr Jr for about 20 years now, and find the practice extremely welcoming, and it always puts my comfort and needs first. Appointments are easy to make and when you call Wendy she will always recognise you. I had major work done some 4 years ago - and then moved to Sweden, but i always fly back to have my dental maintenance at JR dental practice. Hygienist treatment by Diane is always reassuring. You can be assured of a professional friendly service. I would highly recommend the practice, especially if you are apprensive. .

Very professional, friendly practice. My family and I have been seeing Dr JR and Diane regularly for the last ten years. They were recommended to us by a friend when we moved to Sevenoaks and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. I was particularly impressed at my first appointment with Dr JR when he complimented my veneer; I thought it was a good sign that he was willing to praise another dentist's work! It is always easy to make appointments (Wendy fitted me in recently at very short notice) and Dr JR is great with the children. My daughter was quite nervous and he quickly put her at ease. I would highly recommend!

Jay has been looking after my teeth for over 10 years now and I can highly recommend his professionalism. When he gently suggested that I might require veneers to correct decades of grinding my teeth at night he said I should wait until he had returned from a course in the US to learn a new technique that would allow him to install a temporary repair that should last a few months. Several years later the 'temporary' repairs are still working fine and he has said that there is no need to progress to the much more expensive permanent option for the foreseeable future. Highly recommended.
