Jack offers a friendly but very professional service. He responds quickly and communicates well. He was punctual on both occasions that I’ve used him and I have been very happy with the two electrical jobs he has done for us. Jack offered a very efficient, friendly service which was good value for money. He disconnected and then reconnected power and lights to a garden shed fitting in with my timescales which were a little tight. I highly recommend him.

Ben came highly recommended by my sister whom he did some great work for last year. This time around, my mum experienced total power failure in her conservatory/adjoining toilet. Ben arrived early to the appointment, promptly diagnosed the problem and provided an effective solution equally quickly. He also took the time to explain to my elderly mum - in lay person's terms - what the problem was and how he solved it. Aside from being friendly and personable, Ben is honest, which is a rarity these days. Many a tradesman has been known to stretch their hourly call-out rate so they venture into the second hour - even if they’ve discovered the problem within the first hour. But not Ben. He found and fixed the problem within the first hour and charged my mum accordingly. Ben is the consummate professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services to anyone in need of a trusted tradesman. He's a top man!

Ben was amazing. Very professional and helpful. He installed a consumer unit, sockets and run cables for future extension. Worked very clean and fast. Everything done in less than a day. Considering that there are so many electricians out there, I couldn't recommend Ben enough. He doesn't know it yet but when the extension is up, he will be the one I call to set up the electricity in the new kitchen. If you have any electrical work that needs to be carried out, give Ben a call and you won't regret making the call and choosing him.

My first visit to crook lost central practice was an absolute breeze. All staff was welcoming and friendly. Nicola was my dentist that day and she was very professional and made me feel comfortable. Would highly recommend this dentist! Prices are fair and open Saturdays is a massive bonus

Dr Simrath is a really friendly and considerate dentist, he made me feel at ease when I was nervous. He was informative of the treatment options available, and throughout the process of the treatment. His work was careful, gentle, yet quick - thankfully! He was also brilliant seeing my young children. They both enjoyed their first dentist experience and have asked to come back! Highly recommend Crook Log Practise & Dr Sim.

Highly recommend Dr Simrath Mangat for anyone thinking about getting composite bonding. I came to him over a year ago (so this is a long overdue review!), wanting to have old bonding taken off as I didn’t like the shape and discolouration. He talked me through my options and we decided to get my teeth whitened and then get bonding done on my front 6 teeth - as you can see from the photo I have some trauma on my front teeth from an accident when I was younger, so this definitely wasn’t an easy job for Dr Simrath. It has been over a year, and I’m still loving my teeth, and he has even polished them up for me recently to keep them looking great. Thanks to his amazing work I now feel confident smiling with my mouth open for the first time in a very long time, so I can’t thank him enough. He is also a very friendly, patient, listens to what you want and instantly makes you feel at ease, which I really appreciate as I can be quite anxious in these situations.

This is the second time I have used Hale Electrics. Initially for internal wall lights up the stairs and external wall lights, this time for my daughter’s new home ; old external lights and cables to be removed and new PIR up and down lights to be fitted . Both times the communication has been exceptional - prompt quote from Calvin , work completed as quoted and on time to a high standard. Pleasant , polite and punctual electricians. Hale Electrics have been excellent from the quotation process through to the completion of the work (exterior and garden lighting). Calvin was very helpful and knowledgeable in planning the work and explaining the options. The team that did the work (James and Conrad) were very professional, polite and personable, a credit to the company. I have no hesitation in recommending Hale and would happily use them again.

Niko completed a full re-wire of our 4 bed town house. We had 5 quotes, and were really impressed with the detail and knowledge from Niko. He was great at explaining options and keeping in touch before the work. We moved out and it took 9 days in total. Niko kept us up to date, and where I’d bought the wrong spot lights for the bathroom he was able to advise and we got the right ones. A new circuit board was fitted, and all rooms were rewired with better placing of the sockets and additional sockets. He couldn’t do the whole kitchen without taking it out which we didn’t want, so has placed some very neat trunking with the new wires on top on existing tiles which works well in the short term. Niko kept us up to date with progress throughout, and the house was left very tidy and neat. We would highly recommend, and we’re very pleased with the work. Thank you.

Niko and Arthur were brilliant very professional. Niko called me the day before to arrange time that suited me as it happend to be over the weekend. After hearing I'd gone without electricity he booked me straight in. Big job of rewiring the whole house. They arrived on time, Niko and Arthur went above and beyond insuring I was happy with what was being done. They were polite throughout and best part tided up after themselves. I can not be happier with the work that was conducted and the way in which these guys worked throughout the day. I will definitely use them again and recommend them 10/10 for work carried out. I have been at the HDP for over 50 years under different ownership but for the last 30 years or so I have been seen by Gary Doorman who has excelled and made me very comfortable on each visit. With him now taking a backseat role I have had the pleasure to meet Milan who is continuing to keep the calm on each visit. I have a tooth extraction in the morning. Not something I look forward to but, I feel reassured that Milan will do what’s needed to get us both through to the end.

I made my first visit yesterday and my friend Gerry Read recommended me to see Milan. From the moment Sarah answered the telephone to book my appointment I was made to feel welcome and at ease. When I arrived yesterday first impressions really do count and all the ladies I saw in reception were welcoming and I was made to feel immediately relaxed and at ease. I was shown in to meet Milan and he examined my broken tooth, took x rays and then explained every option available to me. He was clear and precise and the outcome was to have the tooth removed today and proceed with a bridge. He made me feel very relaxed, as did the assisting nurse and my tooth was removed painlessly and quickly. I look forward to future visits further down the line and will not hesitate to recommend the practice to all my family and friends.

Jay has been looking after my teeth for over 10 years now and I can highly recommend his professionalism. When he gently suggested that I might require veneers to correct decades of grinding my teeth at night he said I should wait until he had returned from a course in the US to learn a new technique that would allow him to install a temporary repair that should last a few months. Several years later the 'temporary' repairs are still working fine and he has said that there is no need to progress to the much more expensive permanent option for the foreseeable future. Highly recommended.

Very professional, friendly practice. My family and I have been seeing Dr JR and Diane regularly for the last ten years. They were recommended to us by a friend when we moved to Sevenoaks and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. I was particularly impressed at my first appointment with Dr JR when he complimented my veneer; I thought it was a good sign that he was willing to praise another dentist's work! It is always easy to make appointments (Wendy fitted me in recently at very short notice) and Dr JR is great with the children. My daughter was quite nervous and he quickly put her at ease. I would highly recommend!

I have been a patient of Dr Jr for about 20 years now, and find the practice extremely welcoming, and it always puts my comfort and needs first. Appointments are easy to make and when you call Wendy she will always recognise you. I had major work done some 4 years ago - and then moved to Sweden, but i always fly back to have my dental maintenance at JR dental practice. Hygienist treatment by Diane is always reassuring. I contacted Josh when I believed I had discovered a leak early in the morning. He was prompt to respond and kept me up to date on timing he was expected around. When he arrived, he quickly found the issue, gave me a fair price to solve and managed to solve the issue. Super efficient and courteous. I have used many plumbers in the area before who take you for a ride, Josh is not that guy, his number is 100% saved going forward and would encourage others to use him!

Josh did a great job for us at replacing a seized mains valve into our property on an emergency call out. He got a lot of detail over the phone before coming out and was with us in a couple of hours. He was tidy, polite and explained everything clearly along the way. Very reasonable charges with no surprises or hidden costs. We will be using him again.
