I have been renovating properties throughout Kent for the last 7 years and have always used M & S for my projects. They have worked with me on smaller properties such as one bedroom flats as well as large HMOs. Highly professional, skilled, knowledge, punctual and polite team really help to drive my projects on and achieve a very high standard. Very ompetitively priced and I would have no hesitation in recommending Matthew, Shaun and their great team! The most recent project was a very dated 3 bedroom property that required a full rewire and will soon feature on Homes under the Hammer!

A huge thank you to Matt, Sean, Chris, Lewis and the rest of the team for splitting our kids bedroom, moving lighting and sockets, plastering and certifying the electrics. M&S take great pride in their correspondence, cleanliness and quality of work. Everyone is friendly, approachable and I felt I could trust leaving my house in their hands. Matt kept in touch to check we were happy, along the way, and we never felt anything was too big an issue for him and his team. My kids now have their own bedrooms and it has given us a few more years in our home, which is exactly what we needed.

I had a check up today, I saw two different doctors, X-rays done, all for a decent price. The doctors were brilliant, took their time to patiently answer all my questions and make me feel more relaxed. The receptionists were very polite and nice too, the place is clean and welcoming. I am so happy with my experience there, I highly recommend it.

This sounds oxymoronic but what a fantastic surgery!! I called Sunday morning due to a broken tooth and raging toothache. They fitted me in and extracted the tooth in the same appointment. The dentist (Dr Khan) was sensational and the dentist (Dr Awais Ali) who took care of my follow up was equally fantastic. Dr Ali was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable and competent which helped put me at ease and reassured me the pain would subside! A huge shout out to the lovely receptionist who gave my baby boy a goody bag too! Thank you for a great service

I had some damage to the bottom of my top front teeth that two previous dentists have been unable to fill (the fillings fell out within hours). I have had a very different experience with this dentist, and people have been commenting how they can't tell there are fillings. My bite was carefully considered and worked around so they feel very much part of my mouth instantly. And the best thing...the fillings are still there...Thank you!

Nick has done a few jobs for us recently, including draining the system, fitting a new valve and checking pump and boiler. Professional and knowledgeable. They listened to what I wanted my solar system for in addition to supplying electricity and charging up batteries - which was to supply power during a power cut and to heat the hot water and then made it happen with great attention to detail. I am very happy with my system and would highly recommend the company. Highly recommend Baird and Brown for Solar / battery / inverter installation. Did a lot of research, got many quotes. They were competitive (but not the cheapest) and I’d be very surprised if they weren’t the best value when you take into account their knowledge, passion and professionalism. The Sunsynk battery / inverter / app set up is very clever. All working as expected, looking forward to much lower bills and happy to be making a small contribution to the planet’s well being.

Baird and Brown quoted me for a complete solar pv with battery storage system in April, with the installation completed at the end of June. The whole process was faultless from start to finish. Being a large investment, I had a LOT of questions and Philip was more than happy to answer them. I requested several quotes with different numbers of panels inverter and battery size, Philip worked out what would work best with my usage, without wasting money on too large a system that wouldn't give viable returns. My roof is East/West facing and I opted for 10.2kw of solar with 12 panels facing in each direction, I also have 10kw of battery storage, with a 6kw inverter and opted for the solar iboost, for hot water via the immersion. Philip completed all the paperwork for the dno application, and submitted the certification so I could get my smart export set up with the new supplier almost straight away. Philip and Dave worked really hard through a very hot week during installation, set up was explained, work was neat and I am one very happy customer, with a system that is performing exceptionally well. Baird and Brown is a local company covering the South East, who show care and proffesionalism, with the personal touch, you don't get from the big players, so highly recommended.

Ryan undertook quite an involved electrical upgrade for us as part of our new kitchen and bathroom project and general refurb of our home. All his work was carried out efficiently with the minimum of disruption to us. He was happy to answer questions and explain things. Excellent service. Really happy with the work to put in our new lights. Arrived on time and put up some new lights, changed some bulbs and moved a light across into the middle of the room and then tidied up after. Was done really well and we got exactly what we wanted. Very responsive and great service. Electricare came to fix a burned out underfloor heating system installed by another company. They diagnosed the problems and fixed it the same day. Also installed two outside lights for us during the same visit. We would definitely use them again.

I have employed the services of Electricare for some years now: for general household needs. This included, supplying and fitting an electric car charge point, fitting electric exterior plug in points plus fairy lights and a hanging lamp for a newly installed Gazebo. All the varying jobs have been carried out very efficiently, without fuss, by well presented men always arriving on agreed time. I know the job will be carried out 100% correctly. I can thoroughly recommend this company with confidence. A certificate always follow on completion of job.

Paul and his colleague re-routed the house electric supply to make better use of an external 3 phase smart meter and avoid needing to use two old internal meters which also enabled an overhead supply cable to be removed. Paul had two visits pre work to plan and prepare. All work done professionally and to a high standard over 3 days. He offered to speak to Power Networks and EDF to help me deal with their questions. Hard working, tidy and open communication at all times. I would use them again and I would recommend them to anyone looking for excellent electricians who work to a high standard.

We asked Electricare to install a EV charger in a new build property. Other companies had provided solutions which were expensive or unacceptable in terms of cable routing etc. Electricare did an absolutely amazing job of routing and hiding the cabling and were professional, courteous and responsive. I’ve had a solar panel and battery installation for some years but I didn’t have a way of diverting excess power to the immersion heater in my hot water tank. I discussed options with Mark just over a year ago. He recommended an Eddi, which he fitted the following week. With 12 months experience, I can say that this was a very good call. I rarely use any gas at all during the summer now and the system has behaved perfectly. Mark can monitor it remotely, so any problem would show up straight away. I’m thus very confident about the system itself and Mark’s installation of it, which, by the way, took less than a morning and was achieved without any fuss at all.

Hey, I've been going to this dental clinic since 2016 and they've always been great. I recently had a molar issue and they started the implant process. Everyone there is super knowledgeable and they always get back to me quickly if I have any questions or concerns. Just wanted to give a shoutout to the College Dental Surgery for being awesome!
