We had a village hall wedding in September and were wondering if we could style it ourselves. All I can say is thank goodness we found Julia! We met with Julia a few months before the wedding and gave her a vague brief of a bit mad, very colourful and with a few mirror balls for good measure. She absolutely nailed the brief and we were so overwhelmed with the result. She even did our flowers for us. Everything was perfect from the decor, to the personalised banner, the seating spaces and the dressing up box which was an absolute hit. It was slick, stress free and very professional. Julia completely transformed the space. The price was incredibly reasonable for the amount of time and effort she went to. All we can say is book her…immediately!

Words cannot do justice to the amazing transformation that Julia and her team achieved at my Bradgate Park and village hall wedding. Literally every guest commented on how beautiful everything looked! We really wanted a sustainable wedding, and Julia was 100% on board with this. She gave us a couple of options for budget levels, and created the most gorgeous vision boards so we could imagine the end result. The bouquets and button holes were so beautiful, and have dried perfectly so I can keep them forever! Julia was my knight in shining armour. She suggested meeting for a coffee when she knew I was getting flustered, and helped with some of the bonkers logistical challenges we had. Having her as part of our wedding crew lifted soooooo much stress! She isn’t just a ‘supplier’, Julia truly cares and felt like a fundamental part of our wedding. I loved working with her so much ❤️

Julia provided a fantastic service and went above and beyond to make our wedding reception venue utterly brilliant. Julia interpreted our requirements and themes perfectly - all at short notice. The transformation of the village hall into something really special was magical - the decoration captured our personalities perfectly and created the informal mood we were hoping for. Our guests loved the venue and were amazed. Julia helped us in so many other ways too, from providing contacts for other services, helping us to set up the venue (for things beyond her remit) and providing general counselling and advice. We contacted Julia as we needed help setting up our village hall wedding reception with limited access to the hall the night before. She created something visually stunning and perfect for our day, using a combination of her own materials & props and incorporating things we had already collected. We met with her a few times before to talk through ideas and I trusted her completely to create something special for us while sticking to our budget. Julia styled our ceremony venue (the guildlhall) and I can't express how perfect she made everything. All she required was an idea of the look we wanted and she absolutely blew it out the water!! The whole venue was pulled together perfectly. Julia took away any stress and had everything in had. After sharing an initial mood board she kept the overall look a surprise which is absolutely what I wanted and at no point did I doubt that she didn't get the 'look' we wanted. The ceiling hangings are the most original and beautiful creation (lots of foraging) and I was lucky enough to have 3! Thank you so much for making the venue perfect. I can't wait to share my photos!
