We had a great visit to the crazy golf at Beeches at the weekend. There was a great range of obstacles and novelty holes. We spent around 90 mins going through the 18 holes followed by a drink in the cafe. We spent £9 per adult to play. Overall a great visit and would recommend.

We have played the 18 hole Adventure Golf (Crazy Golf) number of times. I booked online, you can walk-in as well. staff have always been helpful. it can get busy at weekends. The place is always clean, the course is well maintained. It's a place all the family can play. Cafe on site 18 hole Adventure Golf (Crazy Golf) has been designed around our working farm; 'The Beeches'. With each hole packed full of farm features and effects, we hope that this will bring lots of fun for children to really engage with golf and enjoy an outdoor activity with family and friends. Went on a rainy Sunday not expecting much and was pleasantly surprised. Fairway, tees and greens were in great shape, and the course was varied, challenging and enjoyable. Some of the bunkers were rather solid but given the level of rain over the past few days I can't complain. Recommended.

Played here yesterday with our golf society (Flag Hunters) and thoroughly enjoyed the course. Considering all the rain we have had, the course was in excellent condition. There are some fantastic views of the surrounding countryside as well, which was a bonus. The hospitality in the pro shop and clubhouse was first class. Hopefully we get to go back next year, when the 6th hole will be in play.

Played today for the first time and what an excellent course..superb condition considering the amount of rain recently. Quite long, lots of dog legs on the front 9 a good few hills but nothing extreme. Fantastic views. Definitely returning

Played here today, we were in front of 4 ex captain's, they all were so friendly, a credit to their club. Course was in very good all round condition for the time of the year, really enjoy playing here and will be back soon.

We booked the Stamford Golf Club as a venue to hold a family members wake. From first enquiry right through to the day, I was reassured and details were clarified by staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The hot & cold buffet we orderd was so tasty and set out beautifully. We had some guests who had dietary requirements and it was no trouble to the staff to ensure their food was top notch standard and carefully labelled to avoid contamination. Excellent value for money. The venue itself is beautiful, we were able to utilise the patio area outside, with fabulous views of the local hillsides and fairway. The staff were so kind and accomodating, our afternoon ended up extending into early evening. Lovely bar area with a well stocked bar and friendly staff. I won't hesitate to use them again for any further functions. Thank you to all the staff who helped make our sad day, that little bit brighter.

Absolutely delicious Sunday dinner 🍽 😋 Couldn't fault anything. Very hearty portion of meat(s) and help yourself to the rest. Spotlessly clean tables set out nicely with crisp white table linen. Reasonably priced food too 😋

We hire the functional room for our child's baptism even though we are not members. Everybody had a great day, the buffet was excellent, the staff were fantastic and very friendly. But the best thing was the backdrop and the views of the golf course. All the kids had fun and we all had a great day

Visited a couple of weeks ago and you wouldn't think it was January. Fairways were excellent, greens were decent and the welcome from Richard in the pro shop was very warm. Only a 9 hole track but this shouldn't be a surprise and it's nice enough to go round twice. Whenever I've played here, this time included, the members approach visitors with suspicion and I've been confronted quite abruptly on all occasions about my right to be there. And yes, I'd paid the green fees.

Very picturesque 9 hole golf course. Immaculately maintained with two very different tee positions on each nine. Food and service excellent in a beautiful location. Well worth a visit.

Don't be put off the fact that this is a shortish nine hole course. The second nine plays from different tee boxes which does make a difference in a couple of holes. You will be allocated two tee times by the pro,(front nine and back nine). Always worth taking the phone number for the bar so you can ring when teeing off the ninth and have a pint waiting before your back nine on a hot day. A new green should be in play by the end of the summer. Just a flick with a wedge over the water but beware the undulations in the green. House manager Ben and his staff were exceptionally helpful and the quality of the food is always high. Go on...make the effort and visit

It's such a beautiful place and by far the best 9 hole golf course I've ever played. Friendly staff foxes birds River Woods all in 9 holes fantastic.

Very happy to give the club a 5 star review. Just had a family birthday party and the service from Carolyn and her team was first class. Carolyn was very responsive to all my questions and nothing was too much trouble. On the day her team were warm and friendly, all the party guests had a lovely time and enjoyed the hot buffet food. Highly recommend!

Lovely course well laid out and well presented. The course is highly maintained and frequently updated in regards to pin locations. There is fair pricing for a golf round, and the golf professional is polite and friendly with good knowledge to help with your golf swing and course advice.

Fantastic course with some of the best greens in the Manchester area. Very friendly staff and members. It is well worth a visit.

I attend our weekly business meeting here every Thursday with BNI. Great facilities and the catering team serve up a fantastic buffet breakfast.

We visited the Australian Crazy Golf and had a great time with our 2 boys it took us around a hour to complete the course could have took longer but felt we were being rushed along by a man and 2 very young children who were trying to finish as fast as they could 😕 we loved all the Australian landmarks and would definitely recommend and would visit again 💯

Spent a great afternoon here with our daughters and friends. The course is brilliant with such amazing attention to detail and really creative ideas. Waterfalls, a cave and lots of authentic Australian details. So much better than other adventure golf courses I’ve done previously. Friendly staff and we didn’t feel rushed at all. Really good value for money as it took us close to a couple of hours to complete. A fabulous afternoon out for all ages!

Great practise facility with a real family feel to it. The 9 hole Par 3 course is really well maintained, with very unforgiving rough all year round. There is also a really well kept putting and chipping green. Plus the trackman system helps you keep upto speed with how you are coming along.

Visited the newly opened Australia themed Crazy Golf, it was absolutely fabulous. I cannot rave enough about this! The courses are amazing, beautifully built, with such detail and the courses are challenging and really good fun. The finish is top notch and so much fun. There are all the major landmarks, animals and novelties of Australia. A definite must. We played a family of 4, it took 1hr 10mins to get around, with only a small wait at one of the holes, but this gave us chance to lap up the scenery.

Course generally in good condition with very good greens. A very hard walk on the back 9 with elevation changes and large distances between some greens and tees. Quite dangerous in places hitting over greens and also greens near tees. Friendly clubhouse with good price food and drinks.

Went hear for a meal the food was great the service very good the only thing I found issues with was parking there was no disabled parking and the parking bays so tight one could not open the car door without hitting another vehicle

Society day, really enjoyed it, nice course. Captain of club, what a nice chap seen us all tee off, give us some insights of the course and was still there to see us all in + prior to our meals before seeing us off home, thanking us for going to his club on the day, and saying he'd wishing we'd go back again in the future. We were here for a family members christening celebration. Lovely staff, very welcoming especially the ladies serving teas/coffees in the kitchen, very smiley, friendly & helpful nothing clearly was too much trouble. The food was lovely, very nicely presented, very tasty & great range of food. The heating was on ..so pleased because it was a cold day, so very grateful for that. Clean, nice toilet facilities.

I have the privilege of shooting many weddings and meeting a lot of people in the wedding industry. I have to sat that the staff here were amazing. SO helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. If you are looking for golf club wedding venue then PLEASE stop by and have a look.

Even considering the typically Manchester weather, the course was playing nicely this morning. Only used the practice facilities today but the chipping and pitching area was in good condition (apart from the areas which had been reseeded). 23 August 2023 25 Sept 2023 - greens now immaculate following maintenance work completion and the recent rains. Fairways by and large firm and in good condition, just a few small boggier areas more than likely due to surface topography. February 2024 - after recent heavy rains, and on-going planned works, not all holes were playable. Some soggy and slippy areas about, but the greens were in good condition. May 2024 - starting to get drier weather now and the course is improving. Still a few squidgy areas of ground around but the majority of the course is very playable. Oct 2024 - first outing for months due to injury. Course in very good condition with very few soggy areas. Some areas a bit softer than others but easily manageable in spineless shoes.

Very nice venue for an event with great views overlooking the golf course,we were there celebrating a friend's end of life, the club provided an excellent buffet,I highly recommend this place.
