Paul dug up a large area of lawn and then replaced it with stones, after laying a membrane down. The work was completed in agreed time and to our overall satisfaction. The area was left clean and tidy. Excellent workmanship

Can I give 6 stars??? I can't rate these guys high enough. Not only was the job they did amazing and of excellent quality, but their professionalism and treatment of our home was beyond expectations. The site was left tidy every day, they disturbed us and the neighbours as little as possible and their attention to detail was amazing. Would recommend any time.

Dave and the boys completed a fantastic renovation of our back garden this week. They removed our bare dying lawn and replaced with a beautiful sandstone circle and edged with blue bricks. They adorned the circle with pebbles of various heights, textures and sizes and I can only describe it as an oasis of calm and zen. The planting was very subtle. I literally shut my eyes and feel like I've woken up on a tranquil beach somewhere wonderful and far away 😊🏖️ or on an episode of countryfile. 😁 It's absolutely beautiful. Very pleased with the make-over of our pool and rockery area. Dave and his crew worked extremely hard and were very tidy and nothing was left of the old slabs or any rubbish.I would recommend them and will tell people friends and neighbours of his excellent work. We had several quotes and DJ McLeod was very competitive he listened to all my requirements and suggested a few good ideas that i hadn't considered. Dave and his team arrived on time each morning they were very polite, conscientious and hard working, and cleaned up each day. They did a fantastic job of beautiful fencing, superb patio and lovely rockery with various plants surrounded with rocks and stones of different sizes. Jon always does a good job of regularly mowing our lawns. If we need anything else done such as trimming bushes he will always give a competitive quote and do a good job of the trimming as well. He always listens to what you want and will advise what can be done. He likes a laugh as well and we really like seeing him.

The staff are so helpful, nothing is too much for them, it's very well stocked a variety off plants, garden furniture and everything else you need for the garden. They do have a little aquatics area with a few fish, a cafe thats always busy and very tasty. Also a selection off cabins in the brambles retail Village each individual small businesses selling something a bit different personalised gifts and lots more. Plus free parking I love this hidden gem.

I've just been and bagged some wonderful bargains from Grasmere as well as a few gifts. This is a reasonably priced and local garden centre that not only has loads of plants and trees but also lots of cute things for the garden as well as the house! I happily while away an hour here when i was just going to pop in 😅 They have everything you should need to keep your garden in tip-top condition.

Prior to the visit, I enquired whether the garden centre is dog-friendly, and I got a very prompt reply and they are dog-friendly. We made a trip on a Saturday morning with our dog, it was nice and lovely, we walked around the garden centre and welcomed by member of staffs working in the store. I then enquired to one of the staffs - Jackie, with regards to the stock of plants, she was so lovely and knowledgable, showed me around and introduced the layout of the garden centre so that I can find what I am interested easily. She also shared with me a lot of plants knowledge and experience as I am quite new to gardening, to be honest, not many knowledge on when is the best for plants what type of plants etc., I shared with her some pictures of my garden planning, she gave me quite useful suggestions. The Retail village is quite unique with some lovely shops that each shop specialises on providing different retails - it has a pet shop, sweet shop, cake shop etc. We were invited to have free cakes and biscuits, so lovely staff, feel welcomed. We also visited the cafe, which allows the dog in, that was definitely a bonus. We had a lunch - English breakfast, tea, toast, cake etc. Generally a positive exprience on food, although I would say it is a bit pricy but acceptable. The farm shop is quite lovely as well, really fresh, definitely love the fresh orange juice and free-range eggs. Overall, we had a very positive experience of visiting Grasmere Gardens and Landscape.

The cafe has good value for money food and the shopping village at the rear of the garden centre is full of original craft items with an excellent dog groomers and nail bar on site. 😃😃😃😃
