We hired Ad and his team to improve our front and rear garden to repair a drain cover, replace the gravel at the front of the house, repair and extend our current patio, extend the lawn, add a flower bed edging and remove a laurel bush. All work was performed in good time and to a good standard making our rather tired and abused back garden (from the previous owners) a fresh and organised space for our son to play in without the worry of tripping over or falling down a drain 😂 Thanks Ad excellent job.

Our journey to our bespoke outdoor space was an absolute non starter until we found Landywood Landscaping. Several companies took one look at our property's access and were never seen again. When we contacted Landywood Landscaping their can do attitude was absolutely refreshing and continued throughout the project till completion. They took the time to understand our requirements, making adjustments as nessasary or requested and even more importantly they made excellent suggestions which were incorporated into the design. The collaboration for our garden design was above our expectations and we are thoroughly delighted with the end results. The work we had done included removal of old patio (tons of concrete hidden underneath including old bumper off an Austin mini) replacement patio and additional patio at end of garden. Bespoke seating with ambient lighting. Installation of pergolas with lights and extra electric sockets. Electrical work undertaken by their recommended electrician A C S Electrical. We would highly recommend Adam, Henry and Ryan they provide quality workmanship, are friendly and approachable a pleasure to work with excellent team/family.

Great job turning my very overgrown rear garden into a landscape that I can personalise with my own little touches. Adam and his dad had to work through some challenging weather conditions just before Xmas. Very happy with the result and the ongoing service.

Paul dug up a large area of lawn and then replaced it with stones, after laying a membrane down. The work was completed in agreed time and to our overall satisfaction. The area was left clean and tidy. Excellent workmanship

Ive been using SD gardens for many years, having tried many other companies in the past and always end up being let down at some point, that’s the opposite with SD Gardens they come every fortnight as requested and leave the grounds in a wonderful state and always on hand to give advice on any projects. We had Ace with Spades come to our house recently to clear a fallen tree on our garden and give a general tidy up. From our first contact with them the service was excellent very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They did an amazing job on the day and our garden looks perfect. Jon came to do our gardens on two occasions, the one being under a time constraint which he very willingly fitted in. On both occasions he turned up promptly and also sent invoices out promptly outlining the work involved and altered them if we needed anything changing. Simon and his team were fantastic. From the point of assessment and quotation, to doing the work, it was a pleasure to deal with them. They worked very hard, kept high standards, exceptionally tidy and provided sound knowledge and advice. We had new driveway with underground drainage and fencing at the rear installed and we are delighted with the results. Highly recommended Simon and his team.

We had our front drive installed with a small lawn and our back garden redesigned with hard landscaping, pergola, patio, raised beds and new lawn. We had an idea what we wanted but Simons advice and suggestions really brought it together. We're really pleased with the outcome. The team of lads, Jack, Chris and Paul were with us for just over three weeks and they were professional hard working and cleaned up thoroughly each day. We missed them when they finished! They made it easy and talked us through each step of the transformation. Everything was precisely done and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. We highly recommend ‘Up the garden path’ if you have an unusual space for a garden! Our garden is wide and narrow on 2 levels with views of fields. We met David and instantly liked his approach to designing our garden. Along with Rachel who organised and scheduled every meeting and visit and was there for any queries, make a great team. David’s hard landscaping plans made use of every corner of our garden, doubling its use and creating space. The soft planting, following a site meeting was exactly what we were looking for and now the garden is being used and loved every day while the plants settle in! We couldn’t have achieved the final result without using them. They had the ideas and plans to go to tender. We used a great, local Leicestershire contractor who David also liaised with. We are so happy with the results and how the planting is growing in to the space. We feel it was worth the expense of a designer at the beginning of the project as David had the vision and ideas for the garden that we wouldn’t have even considered.
