What a brilliant job by Craig, Charles and Ruben. Nice, friendly guys, they worked efficiently, were happy to incorporate last minute additions (fence panels and planting) and we love the final result. Replacing a raised flower bed edge (sleepers) with steel panels was inspired and looks brilliant, the rust colour is great. And the arbour on my patio (which was tricky to build!) looks perfect - I am delighted with everything they did. Highly recommended!

Last year we finally made the decision to look at getting our garden redesigned after years of trying to make it nice, but it really was old and tired. It had an imposing pergola which blocked out light and took up a huge amount of space, sparse borders and an uneven patchy lawn. We contacted Craig McGibbon Ltd after some research as we really liked his work and had an initial online consultation. We discussed how we use the space and our dream of a garden for wildlife and nature with lots of planting and seating areas for us to relax and enjoy watching it all. Craig was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic and had lots of ideas about what could be achieved and explained the process from design through to build clearly. He then came back to us with a concept design we could then talk through and make any changes. Before the build began, we realised we would need some irrigation installed owing to the hot summer we were having, and are likely to have going forward. Craig was very flexible in making changes to the design all the way through and made some great suggestions going along, such as building the deck overhanging the pond and moving the water butt to the side of the house. The team were a great bunch of guys; professional, polite, friendly and hard working. We were particularly impressed with the attention they took to look after the existing wildlife and plants from our old pond so that they could be carefully put back once the new one was in place. The build was completed by the end of summer and we are absolutely over the moon with our new garden. It has been totally opened up and there is so much more space. The deck area with bespoke bug hotel and wildlife pond are our favourite features and the pond is currently full of newts and little critters. The lovely planting has survived it's first winter and is all coming back to life and we can't wait to spend the summer out enjoying it all. We would sincerely like to thank Craig and his team for creating our beautiful new garden, we absolutely love it and so do all our little visitors.

We can't praise Craig and his team highly enough! They transformed our garden from an overgrown wilderness to our dream space. The garden was really difficult to work with because the access was tight and the terrain steep, but they got a great plan together. They worked on our garden through snow and rain and they really did an amazing job. Craig has a great eye for detail and he incorporated our endless additions with great flexibility and patience.
