We have used Surrey Lawn services for several years following disappointment using a national branded lawn treatment company. It is a small family business run by a young hardworking owner who knows his business well. We like it because: 1. The lawn looks fantastic (see attached picture of the back lawn). 2. They make helpful recommendations and give email advise after each visit. 3. The four annual lawn treatments cost the same as getting the treatment sacks from a garden centre. 4. A real good news story! Robert and his team started tending my lawn after a dry summer 3 or 4 years ago when nearly 50% of the grass died. This turned out to have been exacurbated by a hydrophobic water-impermeable layer, poor nutrition and weed overgrowth in the lawn. I now have a magnificent lawn with lush dense grass and no weeds, and which is much more drought resistant and hard wearing. I could not have achieved this myself. I would highly recommend Surrey Lawn Services, and of course I continue to have them regularly treat my lawn.

Jack, ably assisted by Darrell, did an excellent job making a patio and steps in my awkwardly sloping garden. They also levelled and turfed a scruffy raised border. Very professional, hard-working, punctual and helpful. Highly recommended.

Jack and Darrell cleared our garden and relaid the patio, paths and gave us gravel with stepping stones. They made raised beds which are lovely. It is now easy to manage and looks good. We are very pleased with the work. They are a good team. They arrived promptly every morning and worked hard all day. They are neat and clean and we will ask them to sort out our front garden when we are ready. They are very polite and helpful.

Jack & his team worked with us to firm up a clear scope of work for a difficult driveway and parking area project from our initial plans. The work was done to a high standard and we found him very easy to work with when any issues arose. We hired his team again for a refurbishment of our compost area and the construction of an access path about 18 months later and we had the same good experience. We have no hesitation recommending him for garden and driveway projects.

We already have a very established garden, with very mature trees and lawn areas, that we are slowly working through. Our garden is a long term project and we feel that we have found a team of experts to support us as we develop our garden. Liam and his team have helped with several areas of the garden thus far, and this will continue as we progress through this very long project. The guys have done a great job of removing unsightly rogue branches from a row of conifers that were too high and removed some dead. The guys kept me informed throughout the day & checking with me what I wanted done. We then had to replace our rotten fence and from start to finish they were incredibly professional with the work they carried out. Liam and his team got the job done quickly and efficiently and cleaned up everything after themselves. I'm really happy with the fence posts and they were cemented in at the request of my husband for extra strength with no issues. It has transformed the front of our garden. They have installed hedging at the front of our house, dugging out stumps - Liam provided excellent advice on what type of hedging to go for and provided lots of tips and guidance. did a fantastic job. Nothing was too much trouble. We are delighted with the work they deliver and the workmanship. We have a pre planned schedule of works, co-ordinating with the garden areas that we are working with a regular team, updates, advice and high quality work. Spruce Fencing offer good value for money with competitive quotes. The team are excellent for all of our gardening needs and we cannot recommend them more highly.

John fenced the whole perimeter of our garden and put a gate in. Communication from the beginning was excellent. He completed the whole job in 3 days and is a very hard worker! Very professional, friendly and clean. I would definitely recommend.
