E M services built from scratch a pedestrian door into my garage, which needed to open outwards (this they sourced). The work looks great, they were professional and very tidy, down to sweeping the garage out afterwards. I was very pleased with their work.

Eli and his team built a 35sq metre ground floor extension replacing a conservatory on our house, and we are delighted with the results. The build is wooden framed, timber clad, with tiled roof, well insulated, and beautifully finished inside with porcelain tiles and underfloor heating. What's more he completed it cheerfully, professionally and to budget. He dealt really well with the requirements of the building inspector. I highly recommend EM Property Services and cannot fault the quality of their work.

He took photos at the survey and throughout the duration of the work so I could clearly see the before/after and this gave me confidence he and his team were there to do a proper job. Eli replaced part of of our roof, replaced the lead around the chimney and replaced/repaired our guttering. He showed us pictures at every stage so that we could see what needed to be done and finished with a video of the final work. He and his team worked through some bad weather to complete the work.
