Katherine designed a willow den for children to play in at Whitchurch Silk Mill. This has become a firm favourite of the families who visit the Mill. It is an enchanting little spot. Even though this was a very small project Katherine’s approach was dedicated to providing a high quality finish on time. We hope generations of children will continue to enjoy a trip to the den for generations to come.

I've worked with Katherine on several garden projects over the past 4 years and have been incredibly happy with the results. We started with a large, boring, somewhat wild space on a hill, with no idea of how to best use it. Katherine really captured our brief and created such a clever garden design with spaces (zones!) that feel diverse but still manage to flow together beautifully – a cool contemporary patio, leading to a dynamic gravel garden, and the pond area for that moment of calm and contemplation :) Coupled with a planting scheme that encourages biodiversity as well as providing all-year interest AND show-stopping blooms. In contrast to our old garden (under-utilised, unruly, ‘a bit boring’), we now have a space that has become an extension of our living area, and enjoyed by all family members- the transformation is truly fabulous. Pond-watching has become my new favourite pastime (and spamming Katherine with pictures of dragonflies and newts (!))

Jamie came round to assess the work i needed to be done for my mum. He supplied a quote and a couple of weeks later he and another came to do the work. Not living near mum i need to be able to trust tradesmen i employ to do work for mum and the great thing about Family Tree Landscaping all the work is kept within house; Jamie came to assess and also to do the work. This is not always the case with other companies i have used. I would certainly use them again; they are local, respectful and professional. I recommend them.

Jamie and his team did an absolutely fantastic job cutting back and shaping a very large and wide hedge, made up of loads of different plants and trees. See before and after photos. They were very hard working and tidy, managing to do the whole job off ladders. Price was also very reasonable. I was extremely impressed and will definitely use them again.

Jamie was really clear in how he would go about what we needed and then Sam and Sam came to fit a drainage channel along our front door, and a channel under our paving to take the water away. They did a first rate job in only a few hours.

Jamie and the two Sam's provided an outstanding service replacing our driveway and repaving the front of the house. Great attention to detail, no corners cut and a top quality result. Highly recommended!

Kelvin and his team did a great job re turfing our garden and it’s a massive improvement. They spent an hour after the work was completed tidying and cleaning the patio which was appreciated. The aftercare provided was also very helpful and well explained, would highly recommend.

The team did a fantastic job clearing the front garden for both myself and the adjoining neighbour. His team were punctual, responsive and fast working. Aaron has done a range of garden landscaping for us over the past twelve month since we moved to Cheriton. This has included extensive ground works and building of large raised beds, shuttering to level our garden, building a large pergola, fencing and double width gate construction, custom made side gate to fit a tricky space, creation of garden beds from an original turfed area and the removal of a large dying silver birch tree. He is always exceptionally responsive, delivers a high quality finish and works with us to understand what we want whilst offering professional advice (which always turns out to be good advice!) Aaron has been giving us invaluable help over the last three years and has always been , efficient, knowledgable with a wide range of skills, equipment and capabilities. You can rely on Aaron. With his cheerful "can do' approach, most things are achievable and if they can't be done one way, he will find another. Working in a tight space over a hot bank holiday weekend, Aaron and Paul dug out, extended, widened and shored up my existing garden steps thereby making them safer and easy to use. They then prepared the ground for and laid a concrete base for my existing shed which I had asked them to relocate. They provided all the materials and removed all debris, clearing as they went and leaving a spotlessly clean space. After 2 days of hot hard work the job was done and I can now benefit daily from an attractive, safe and functional garden space. Thank you A Friend Garden Services.

Man, I’m super impressed with the gardening service! The hedges are trimmed just right, and the lawn looks absolutely immaculate. The patio and block paving are spotless, and the fencing is on point too. If you want your garden to look fresh, these guys are the ones to call! Highly recommend!

I had them round to landscape my small garden, remove all the old grass and replace with stones. They did an amazing job and even after work was done and payment made they come back to fix a few slabs on my path which did not set due to the bad weather, no questions asked. Whis was done 2 days after I reported the issue. Can't recommed them enough what a lovely family run company.

Highly recommend Glorious Gardens Son & Co! Straight from the start they were extremely polite and very knowledgeable about what they were doing which gave me confidence with them doing my garden. They cleared all the leaves, cut all the hedges and striped the lawn perfectly. I was extremely happy with their visit so I got them back to do a fencing job for me which they absolutely smashed. Everything was done to perfection! They definitely take pride in their work and couldn’t recommend them enough!

We've been having Alex and his team for 3 weeks and the garden has never looked so good, they are super quick and really know what they are doing to get the best results.

Alex and his team have done a wonderful job transforming my garden. They really worked hard and pruned back my shrubs and dug over my borders which are very large. They also are proper gardeners and also very tidy and reliable. I highly recommend them.

I contacted Alex and his team about a post-winter garden refresh and clean up and I couldn’t be more thrilled.
