Lloyd was highly recommended and over a series of visits since March 23 he has exceeded my expectations. He is cheerful, approachable, punctual and reliable. He works constantly, listens to and follows requests and is happy to give good advice if needed. His work is always neat and of an excellent standard. He leaves the place clear of mess and looking beautifully well cared for. Smashing firm to use, without any criticisms necessary.
