The design team were very helpful and gave us all the the time we needed to discuss the plan and go through the detail of the planting. Dave and Jack worked veryhard and were very professional. They were organised and tidied each day. The garden looks great. The only suggestion I made to the design team was that I would have appreciated a talk through care and maintenance of our new planting.

The second half of our project to replace all the old pathways and patio in our back garden has just been completed, and as was the case with the earlier work, the result is stunning. The whole process from initial consultation, through preparing the ground and then laying the new stone and brickwork has proceeded smoothly and was at all times highly professional. The team working in the garden knew what was required and always checked with us if there were any small items of uncertainty about exact detail. They were also very adaptable when we decided to modify a couple of design ideas half way through the work ! They also went to great lengths to ensure that any mess on our front drive associated with the work was completely cleared and hosed down at the end of each day. We would highly recommend Hambrooks, this is now the third time we have used them for garden work and we would certainly use them for any future plans.

Following receipt of a number of quotations for the task of Bamboo Removal we selected Hambrooks, key factors in the decision were a sensible price, a good reputation, well prepared quotation and some excellent advice on how to proceed. We made the correct choice and are extremely pleased with the completed task which required the removal of some 8m of hedging, about 60% bamboo, and the adjacent lawn. The bamboo rhizomes were removed, the border bed reinstated and a new lawn laid. The overall task was very well planned and efficiently executed, causing minimal disruption and was completed to schedule. The implementation team consisted of Gareth and Alex who were a pleasure to work with and kept us informed every step of the way. The whole task was overseen by the Garden Maintenance Manager Gary who provided the initial quotation and advice, and was prompt and efficient with his communications throughout.

Emily designed my garden with a vision that I didn't have and gave me so many different ideas. Mark and Gary worked professionally and nothing was too much trouble.
