I would give this practice more than five stars if I could! Working here has been an absolute pleasure. The dentist is not only highly knowledgeable but also genuinely caring and trustworthy, always putting the well-being of patients first. The entire team, from the friendly and supportive staff to the dedicated hygienist, is incredibly kind and compassionate, creating a warm and welcoming environment for everyone. I’ve visited Dr Cooper’s practice a few times now and each time he has been extremely informative and offers me options when other alternative treatment is possible. When Dr Cooper performed a very difficult filling on one of my wisdom tooth he even had the courtesy to ring me the same day and check how I was! The staff are amazing and always manage to fit me in last minute when necessary, the surgery opens until 7pm which is ideal for me due to working hours.
Been with Jeremy for over 2 years. Was the first time going private. The staff are always polite and understanding. I was also able to pay on a payment plan which helped me out massively.
Absolutely amazing service. So very friendly. They all make you feel at ease and are very informative and helpful. Every time I have needed treatment I have had an appointment with 24 hours. Highly recommend and will not go anywhere else for me dental care.
