I resisted having cleaners for a long time as I didn’t think they would be able to match my exacting standards. But middle age and arthritis caught up with me and I just couldn’t manage any more – so enter Molly Maids! From the beginning they’ve been a brilliant company to work with – the initial inspection of my house was very smooth, with lots of advice about what the Maids could do and how they would work; and the price offered was very competitive. The Maids work in pairs so you get to know them over the years and the company tries its best to co-ordinate holidays so that if one is away, the other (along with a replacement) will still be present – they certainly do look after their clients. The cleaning is first class. Not only does it meet, but it exceeds my expectations; they seem to clean every square inch of the house and I really do look forward to them coming and caring for my house. And if there’s a small ‘extra’ job that needs doing, you can always count on them – when I had a new kitchen fitted, for example, and the builders hadn’t totally cleaned up after themselves, they spent some extra time during their visit to clean away debris and mess for me – nothing is too much trouble. I have nothing but praise for Molly Maids – the company and the Maids! – and only wish I’d thought of employing them earlier. Ten out of ten!
