Second time Jack has done our carpets. This time we had quite a lot of stains from our two large dogs which had built up over time. I asked Jack to do attempted stain removal and I didn't expect them all to come out. Amazingly they all did and the carpet looks as new and smells like a hotel. Highly recommended!

I contacted Jack to come and clean both carpets and upholstery of an elderly gentleman I look after who is house bound.
