I asked OCD for an end-of-tenancy deep cleaning of my apartment. It was not cheap but I was not disappointed. They sent a full team and spent 5 solid hours in my apartment. Afterwards the whole apartment looks, feels and SMELLS sparking clean! Every pence is worthy. I will definitely use OCD again.

OCD were very easy and professional to deal with. They sorted out a full downstairs clean of the property with excellent results and did it within 2 days of my request. I have used OCD before and will continue to use them due to their efficiency and excellence.

This is the second time we've booked Phoenix cleaning company and I cannot recomment them enough. First time was to jet clean my elderely mums drive as it had become dangerous and slippy. Called PCC and they had her booked in within the week. Turned up (early!) and the drive was left sparkling along with a great job tidying up too. Due to this, we booked them again to jet hose our block paving drive and again, they arrived, cleaned it and tidied up after with no mess and a very satisfied customer. All at a very reasonable price too! I would highly recommend this company. Great service, great price and a great job all round!

I highly recommend Bambü. They send a text to let you know when they're in the area and the operatives are polite and friendly and always do a brilliant job of the windows and upvc. The service is cashless which is really convenient as I never had any money on me /wasn't in when my previous window cleaners called round and ended up owing them a small fortune, with Bambü they send you an invoice and the money comes off your debit card. The customer service from Francis is also superb. All in all I'm really pleased with the service, it's simple and painless and excellent all round 💯

I was made aware of Bambu Window Cleaning when one of their representatives called and explained the service they provided. They have been excellent - and while they are probably more expensive than you normal 'man with a chamois', like everything you get what you pay for! They have a brilliant communication process - sending texts to notify when they are coming and providing invoices electronically, while seamlessly using Direct Debits to save all the payment hassle. I have been at home when they have come to do the job and have observed a very professional cleaning service - can always see the difference when the windows have been done... which is not always the case with others I have used! Highly recommended.

Great service, 1st clean (not been done by anyone for 4+ years) struggled with some of the amassed grease/dirt on 1 window. They came back and redid the window for free. Always let me know when arriving, always do a good job, whilst being quick.

I've only been with bambu for a few months but I can honestly say that they are the best company I've used. Always punctual, very thorough with the window cleaning and most importantly to me, they Always shut the gate when they go. I've had my French bulldogs running round the street several times when previous company's have left it open. Also a very easy payment system. Highly recommended
