Very easy when it came to booking/communication, all done over WhatsApp. They've done such a fantastic job, I don't think I've seen my oven that clean since I moved in in 2013! Having had an oil leak from both our cars, we contacted Brian to arrange cleaning our resin drive. Brian came to assess the stains on the drive to be able to determine which product was best to use. He came back a couple of days later to treat the areas and clean our double drive way. Brian was on time, professional, reliable, reasonably priced. He gave us a good explanation about the treatments he was using to remove the oil, and why it was the best one to use. Brian also cleaned our back flagged patio, which had black spots on with years of dirt and grim. Flags are now sparkling clean and ready for the summer! Overall we would highly recommend Brian and his services!! 5 🌟

I have 2 regular cleaners who call once every two weeks on a set day and time. Excellent service, the ladies are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Extremely trustworthy and have good attention to detail. I cannot fault Beck & Call's service, they have been excellent and would highly recommend.

Toni and Craig are absolutely fantastic. I have had a number of professional cleaners over the last seven years and out of everyone, these two have been the best by miles. They are reliable, consistent (I find standards tend to slip after first few cleans but these two have been coming for a very long time and are still top notch!) they are great with my kids, flexible, really gentle and nice with the animals-my dog loves them! They are really nice friendly people and such hard workers. They have a high standard of cleaning which I love. These two never disappoint, I would be lost without them.

I've had 2 very dirty sofas, a stair carpet and 2 bedroom carpets thoroughly cleaned today. The results are great, stains removed and sparkly clean. Martin has all the gear including driers so we are now sitting on the sofa which is dry. Very professional service that I would gladly use again and recommend.

First class service, contacted Martin at 9.30 and he was here at 9.45. I had all my furniture pilled up ready for my carpet to be cleaned by another company at 10.00 at 9.15 they rang to say they couldn't come. Great location if you're camping, in a campervan / Motorhome around Calder Valley. I've used their service wash & self service facilities. Great service with the service wash, folded & no need to iron!👌 Self Service wash: Large Bag (supermarket size) £5 (25Ib machine), Medium Bag (supermarket) £4 (20Ib), dryers around £3-£4 to dry a wash load. Though I find it easier to just pay the extra couple of pounds for a full service wash. Space for parking cars at rear, and as you can see space at front for cycles. And well behaved dogs welcome.

Absolutely brilliant! Went in with a massive load of laundry for a service wash. All beautifully clean, dry, and folded for me to collect.

Decent but older machines, helpful staff. Open til 8pm for self service. Bring £1 coins for washers and 50p coins if outside staffed hours. Change available when staff are present. Vast array of washing services available but I only used self service.
