I had an urgent need for a same-day clean, and Rafiki exceeded my expectations! They responded quickly to my request and delivered outstanding service. Anil the owner took the time to meet me at the location as I am not from Birmingham and made sure that all of my requests and needs were taken care of. My garments were ready on time and looked fantastic. They truly saved my day! I can't recommend them enough for their professionalism and efficiency. I also noticed that the location had many other facilities on site such as parcel drop offs and a free to use ATM which is great for the local community. I will definitely be using the company again and it is good to know they have locations around the wider area.

I was exceptionally pleased with the service I received at Rafiki in Bearwood. I had an urgent need for a suit to be dry cleaned in advance of a wedding and they rose to the occasion. The turnaround was highly impressive and the front of house service was excellent.

I recently used Rafiki Launderette and had a fantastic experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the process quick and easy. I brought in my jacket, and they handled it with care. The turnaround time was impressive—my jacket was ready much sooner than I expected. Everything looked immaculate and well-pressed. Ruby is really good and helpful she always help us and we enjoy coming to laundry because she is very nice and other staff is very helpful this laundry is to goo because they use card machine so it’s so easy to pay and much cheaper then other laundry. I 100 percent recommended this laundry to everyone

I have been fortunate enough to have Gail and her lovely team take care of my cleaning and ironing needs for many years. Usually when you hire a house cleaning team you get a mediocre service from a fairly half-hearted operation. Also, you need to think long and hard about who you going to have walking through the door and working in your home. Having Gail and her team at Clean and Tidy were a real breath of fresh air. They always turn up, without fail, week after week. They are pleasant people to have around, polite and they also work really, really hard and do an excellent job. I like the way they have turned cleaning almost into an art form, with all the nice touches that they include in the service. Gail and her team are one of the stars of their profession.
