I was exceptionally pleased with the service I received at Rafiki in Bearwood. I had an urgent need for a suit to be dry cleaned in advance of a wedding and they rose to the occasion. The turnaround was highly impressive and the front of house service was excellent.

Ruby is really good and helpful she always help us and we enjoy coming to laundry because she is very nice and other staff is very helpful this laundry is to goo because they use card machine so it’s so easy to pay and much cheaper then other laundry. I had an urgent need for a same-day clean, and Rafiki exceeded my expectations! They responded quickly to my request and delivered outstanding service. Anil the owner took the time to meet me at the location as I am not from Birmingham and made sure that all of my requests and needs were taken care of. My garments were ready on time and looked fantastic. They truly saved my day! I can't recommend them enough for their professionalism and efficiency. I also noticed that the location had many other facilities on site such as parcel drop offs and a free to use ATM which is great for the local community. I will definitely be using the company again and it is good to know they have locations around the wider area.
