Jayne and Richard wow what a team some of the best customer service and service I’ve received. Called with an issue with my pump on my carpet machine. Jayne took the call and told me to bring it in straight away. Richard was out but as soon as he got back he called to say it needed a new pump and fitted it straight away within the time I had looked around shops and had some lunch It was ready to collect and fully working again. This resulted in no down time for my small carpet cleaning business. Thank you again and I will certainly be using again for all my servicing and products. Thanks again it’s not often you get a good business that care anymore.

If I could give more stars, I would deal with the ladies in the office telling them what machine I have, and I went with recommendations and wow spot on with the chemicals. I am using a karcher puzzi 10/1. I don't have the big fancy machines, but with the correct products, 10/10 fantastic 😀

I recently purchased a refurbished machine from Prorange Solutions and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. Upon request, Richard sent me actual pictures showing the inside and outside of the machine, which was very helpful. The communication from Jayne was excellent. She liaised with the delivery company to ensure the delivery was on time. The machine arrived safely packed on a pallet. The machine itself, although refurbished, is clean inside out and in perfect technical condition. It sounds and works beautifully, just like a new one. You can tell that Prorange Solution team does care about their customers. The wand is brand new, and to top it all off, Richard offered a discount by adding some free chemicals and a glider. The quality and price for the machine was exceptionally good, especially considering its like-new condition. I highly recommend Prorange Solutions for their top-quality product and exceptional customer service. I will definitely use them again for my future needs.
