I contacted CLEAN CCS after a friend showed me results of his roof cleaning and how professional they were. All I can say I was not disappointed, from the price to the customer service and politeness of the guys on site. The roof was cleaned, and bio was sprayed, the windows and sofits cleaned and all the moss was bagged and taken away clearing site. All in all I would have no qualms in recommending this company.

A thoroughly professional team arrived on time, worked tirelessly and cleaned up really well considering what amount of muck and moss came off the roof! They took great care round the solar panels and we are delighted with the result. The price was competitive and back office support was excellent.

Today, I had Clean CCS Ltd attend my property for a Roof Clean. I was not sure what to expect but wanted it done, I could not be more impressed than I am right now. Professional, likeable, meticulous and Informative. From the moment they arrive to the time that they left I was keep up to date with the progress being made. The area was prepared before they started to work and it was left spotlessly clean when they departed. The end result was way better than I expected, I have been here for 21 years and now my roof looks brand new . I will now happily recommend Clean CCS to anyone who wanted to have a roof cleaned, I am that impressed that I will have a regular 3 yearly Biocide maintenance programme set up. I cannot recommend this company high enough, and as a final comment, it was a pleasure dealing with them. Robert Jeffery

These guys work magic! Our 70 year old roof looks brand new! They worked professionally and respectfully of our neighbours. They completely cleans around the house making it look like they’d never been there. I can’t recommend these guys enough.

Ian did such an incredible job! His system managed to remove black slime, make up and a coffee stain from light carpets on an end of tenancy clean. The best thing is the dry cleaning system left it 100% dry so the new tenants were able to move straight in without drying time. He was so knowledgeable and personable, would 100% recommend and will always use him in future.

Ian did a wonderful job doing an end tenancy for my sister. A carpet that we had always thought as brown came up grey, we always had rugs on it as we did not like the colour. Ian took the stress of this cleaning job and we coukdn't thank him enough. We would recommend him for his excellent work, his always happy nature and his above and beyond ability to fit into my hectic day while he just got on cleaned and quietly let me know when he was going to finish so i could organise to meet up and collect the keys. A huge thank you.

Ian is always professional and does a perfect job. We have dogs so always aware the carpets and furnishings need cleaning. Always brings them up so clean. He takes so much care in hospice work. Highly recommended.

Ian, is brilliant! He is professional, friendly, caring and helpful. I have never had a dry clean carpet clean before but it was very good and you can walk on the carpet straight away. Pile come back up and it is soft to walk on again. Will use Ian again and highly recommend. Sam
