These guys absolutely transformed a sheepskin coat that’s has been in my family for years. They managed to source me some buttons which was no easy task due to the odd size of them. They did a wonderful job and I’m so pleased with the results.

True professionals. I had a large amount of dry cleaning that needed to be done under difficult circumstances, that is, at extremely short notice and in a short time frame. After being told by many local dry cleaners that I had too many items that were not suitable for dry cleaning for the notice I was giving, I was recommended Procter's. My items have come back at exactly the time I was quoted it would return, brand new, and smelling amazing. Unlike some of the more commercial dry cleaners that tend to compromise their own service levels with overly rigid policies, my experience here suggested a family run business going above and beyond for their customers. Definitely the BEST dry cleaners in Canterbury. I took my wedding dress to them. It had coffee stains all over it and had been hanging in the wardrobe for 6 years. They said they didn't like to be beaten by stains and they certainly weren't! It smells fresh and is like new!! Thank you so much :)

When I returned to collect it, I was absolutely blown away—the jacket looked brand new! The team went above and beyond, exceeding my expectations.
