I can not be more pleased with Darren’s work on my carpets. He is professional, thorough and meticulous and did a top quality clean. My carpets look as good as new! Excellent service! A huge stain appeared on expensive industrial linoleum I’d had laid not long back, making it look terrible; I thought it would have to be replaced for several hundred pounds. Nigel, a guy who cleaned my oven (see my other google review), recommended Darren (the owner), as he’d cleaned several mutual clients house carpets immaculately, to his and their great surprise. Despite this I thought my job was a write-off, that I’d probably have to pay twice: once for a failed clean and a second time to have the linoleum replaced. Darren was straight forward on the phone, informing he’d appraise the job and provide an honest opinion, so I scheduled a visit. Darren was punctual, polite and friendly as well as extremely knowledgeable, hard working and diligent, with an eye for detail. An initial clean removed loose particles of dirt, fluff and crumbs etc before having a deep steam clean. Result: IMPRESSIVE!! The surface looks like new. In summary: Darren is a really nice bloke who is friendly, diligent and honest, all at a very reasonable price. He does a great job with lots of hard work! Many Thanks Darren. -Rob
