The staff did a good job, but the manager was a bit inefficient. He called me 5 mins before scheduled appointment time just to tell me that the cleaning staff is delayed for 1hr due to traffic. Delay is fine but I would have appreciated a call at least 20 mins before so I didn't have to come to the property and wait for them.
