Excellent cleaning service, very thorough for end of tenancy deep clean. No trace was left, every cupboard and drawer cleaned, skirting boards inside windows, the lot. Would give CSI a hard time! But on a serious note I highly recommend. They were punctual despite traffic, available at short notice and did not disappoint.

Chris did an amazing job on cleaning my exterior windows. They had not been cleaned for about 2 years but now they are spotless. He even cleaned the window ledges & the huge amount of cobwebs. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely first class service. I just bought a house which I doubt has ever had an exterior clean since new, but Chris from RW Cleaning made my gutters fascias, soffits, windows and conservatory look like new!! I've had many years of great service. They text the day before they are turning up to clean the windows, and only disturb me on the day if there is an issue. They also clean the gutters, roof and solar panels when I need them to.

Extremely satisfied and impressed from start to finish with the communication and service received when recently using Botley Carpet Cleaners. Although the owners were away on holiday I received a prompt email replying to my initial enquiry regarding the Deep Cleaning of 3 a Bed House and Profesional Cleaning of all Carpets. I Immediately agreed the quote & paid deposit on completing booking online. They arrived at the property on time with all cleaning equipment and products required. Chris & Clair are a lovely friendly couple, they worked exceptionally hard for 7 hours doing an excellent job on an old property. Amazed how well the carpets looked after being cleaned especially the lounge carpet which was very badly stained. The house smelt gorgeous. We have only just changed across to Crystal View Cleaning and I must say we were not disappointed. Their attention to detail and wish to deliver an exceptionally high standard of professional quality end product to meet the customers needs was evident from start to finish. Ashley was thorough and responded to all our needs for a full external clean of gutters (also vacuumed), downpipes, soffits, fascias, conservatory, windows and all pvc frames. The use of the Pure Water system has also left our windows truly clean and sparkling. We also had the delightful Emily undertake the cleaning of all our internal windows. What a bonus getting internal and external done together. She was so considerate of our property, taking care wherever she went and delivered an exceptional service. Was very impressed with the deep clean today, particularly in the bathrooms! They got rid of the mould on the ceiling, made the taps sparkling clean and got rid of any stains! The oven was cleaned perfectly and looks brand new. The flat is so much nicer now! I will definitely be booking this company again :)

In just over 2 hours they completely transformed the apartment - skirting boards, cupboards, shelves, windows, fridge, oven - everything is completely spotless, including a thorough shampoo of the carpets. I appointed The Soap Opera Cleaning Company to do my end of tenancy clean. I was totally blown away by the service they provided. Their friendly professional interaction, the 100% quality clean, which included a carpet deep clean, every nook and cranny was attended too, even some mould! I received my total deposit back and I can say with certainty that this was because the home was sparkling clean, fresh smelling and immaculate. I have never used Lee before and am very glad I did. He went over and above what I had expected. The Orangery roof has been cleaned before but not to this standard. I will certainly be asking Lee to do this again for me. His standard of work was excellent and he kept checking I was happy with his work, which I was. Nothing was too much trouble. I have even asked him to help with other work around the property and and will be more than happy for him to to the work. He is a safe and conscientious worker. Lee was very professional and on time when he came to clean my Mum's house gutters and did what we asked of him. His prices are quite good as well. I recommend him, very polite and quite responsive when contacting him. He actually was good when I contacted him after contacting so many others to clean the gutters but I didn't get a response back from those others. Lee on that same day came to check what needed to be done and gave me a quote there and then. We will use him again in the future, very good work.
