I have employed Phoenix Cleaning services for seven consecutive years for general cleaning of the estalishment and also to maintain our busy bed and breakfast rooms here at the Cross Keys Inn, Lydford. I accept nothing but professionalism and great quality of service which Phoenix provides an abundance. The public house is always cleaned daily to an extremely high standard ready for our guests for 8 am breakfast. We have six rooms which have been maintained and deep cleaned after every guest by their team to such a high standard as reflected by the reviews from our guests. Angela and her team for a number of years have been providing a reliable, professional, high quality cleaning service both to our own home and to our holiday let, The Hayloft in Castle Cary. As well as cleaning our holiday let they provide the linen and laundry. Guests regularly comment on the cleanliness of the Hayloft and the quality of the sheets and towels in reviews of their stays. What's more Angela and her team bend over backwards to accommodate last minute bookings and bookings I have, very occasionally, left off the schedule. Angela herself works extremely hard, not only cleaning, but also to teach, train and encourage her team to see cleaning as a craft and a valuable profession. It is Angela's professionalism which permeates through everything Phoenix does. Highly recommend.

We have used Phoenix for our holiday let this summer. We have received positive comments from every single guest about how clean the property is and that is so important in this business.
