Dennis and his colleague were absolutely brilliant and cleaned the house from top to bottom and left it better than I thought it could possibly be done! Andy and Mike were first class from the start of the roof cleaning gig at our gaff, to when they completed it. They were genuinely meticulous with being professional and incredibly thorough and careful in the tile cleaning, it was much appreciated and the results were over and above what we were expecting. Pete and Andy were fantastic - consummate professions and thoroughly nice people. They cleaned our tile roof and brick paving all the way around the house to a very high standard. Our Parish Council had the need for a professional and experienced industrial Power Washing Service for the 10 aged Bus Shelters in the Village, in preparation for a full repaint of these Shelters. I have been using Merry Maids for a year or two now and have nothing but praise for all the staff including office and the hard working ladies who work non-stop but are always happy and helpful. I recently lost my Wife and asked the team for a extended visit to prepare my house for the number of family who would be staying over. They worked like beavers and left the house sparking. Another cleaning company let me down on the day of my scheduled end of tenancy clean so I called around companies in Manchester and managed to get a clean scheduled for the next morning with this company. I was sent a confirmation email promptly with all the details of my booking confirmed correctly. The next morning, the cleaner called me 30 minutes before he was due to arrive as agreed and arrived at the property at the exact time promised. Both cleaners were courteous and required little from me before they got to work cleaning the house. As agreed, they text me 30 minutes before they were due to leave so I could get back to the property to meet them. I was very impressed with what they managed to achieve in 4 1/2 hours. I was particularly pleased with the carpets considering the stains which were on them previously and the oven looked brand new! I was asked to put on shoe covers before inspecting the house, once satisfied, I paid the cleaners and they went on their way. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending this company and this crew in particular. Would definitely use this company again - reliable, prompt, thorough and £60 cheaper than my previous booking! Thank you

Had a deep clean from First Maid and am absolutely blown away by their work. The couple that came were very polite and got on with everything without disturbing me at all as I worked in my home office. The house looked the cleanest it ever has since before we bought it! As days passed we did notice a few things that had been missed but nothing major and considering the state the place was in when they got here compared to when they left there is no doubt they worked! The booking process was simple and the response to queries really quick. My only very minor comment is that there should be a note against the mattress deep clean as we couldn't sleep on it that night, which we didn't know! All in all though I thoroughly recommend FirstMaid and am looking forward to starting my regular clean Update 01/06/2022 - I've just had my second regular clean and the first with Vanda and her team. I am so impressed with these ladies, they did an amazing job. I have already recommended FirstMaid to our neighbour and would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone.
