Exclusive pro cleaning is by far the best company I've used. They have been providing me with cleaning services for my rental accommodations for around 8 months after they were recommended to us. I have used Exclusive Pro Cleaning for around 2.5 years for my short stays. They never fail to impress me. The girls are hard working,experienced, polite and always do a fantastic job. Zee is so professional, and i can not thank her enough. She is always there to sort out any last-minute cleans. I have used many cleaning companies in the past, but this is the far most best company I have ever used, hence why I still, to this day, use them. Its simple. If you've got an airbnb and you need exceptional, trustworthy and professional cleaners to look after your pad...look no further. Had exclusive come out to our home in stoke on trent, 5 bed 5 bath home, for a full house clean. Ladies did an immaculate job with everything. I was very happy. They were lovely and polite. Cleaned everything without any reason for complaint. Would definitely call them out again when needed. Would recommend 100% thanks exclusive for your services.

A really fantastic service. I was very impressed by the quality of the work undertaken by Denis and his colleagues. We had a ‘move in’ deep clean on our new house in Chorlton and it made a huge difference to all rooms, floors and carpets in the house. I would have no hesitation in recommending Denis.

Update: after a great first experience for a deep clean, I hired D Deep Cleaning for an end-of tenancy service, including steam cleaning of the carpeted stairs. The team were efficient and went above and beyond to leave the house sparkling. Fair pricing and excellent service, end to end. Kane has been resposive to messages, sent alerts to let me know when my windows will be cleaned, is a really good quality clean and professional. Highly recommend. The only point I would say is windows are not dried / wiped over so can be water marked but this doesn't bother me so I'm happy. He does include my front door though. Thank you.

We're really happy with Kane's work cleaning our windows, he responded really well to our initial request for a price and quoted us a really good rate for our full house every four weeks. Our Parish Council had the need for a professional and experienced industrial Power Washing Service for the 10 aged Bus Shelters in the Village, in preparation for a full repaint of these Shelters. Pete and Andy were fantastic - consummate professions and thoroughly nice people. They cleaned our tile roof and brick paving all the way around the house to a very high standard. We had our lounge-diner carpet and two sofas cleaned by Matt after we had some building work done. Excellent communication from arranging a visit to discuss our needs, to the day of the cleaning. He did a very thorough job leaving it all looking like new, something we were not confident about with the lower quote we got from another company. On top of this he lent us his powerful drying fans to help us after we had a disastrous radiator leak two days before his visit. He cares about his customers as well as the cleaning! Matt was super professional and did a great job in cleaning our carpeted floors. He was quick in responding, came to view and quote on the same day that I got in touch with him and was available to do the job the next week. He always gave 20-30 mins heads up before coming. Matt did the job in around 2 hours and the carpets are now clean as never. Too bad we didn't take any before pictures, but trust me, you would clearly see the difference. Even though we cleared the room from all smaller items, Matt moved the bigger ones (sofas, armchairs, table) as he cleaned, so we didn't need to carry heavy loads. After he finished the job he even left us a bottle of spots and stains spray cleaner to continuously take care of our carpets. All in all, super happy with the service, price, communication and everything else. Would definitely recommend hiring Matt :)

I am really pleased with the service I received from Manchester House Cleaning. They were able to accommodate me for a very short notice end of tenancy clean on a Sunday morning. Just had Stan & his team do an after building work/deep clean of carpets at my parents house and it's an outstanding job. They were polite, very thorough and Stan obviously takes great pride in his work... the 40 yr old carpet looks like new! The bathroom is gleaming and mattresses are spotless. I'm just so impressed and highly recommend this company to anyone wanting a great service clean at a fair price by nice people. They deserve 10 stars!
