Wow...really excellent service..from initial booking to actual carpet cleaning...great communication from the company....the carpets are now looking brand new !!!...all stains and marks removed.I am so glad I chose them...friendly and professional and at a very good price too. I would give 10 stars if I could. Have recommended to family and friends.

I was fortunate to win a voucher for Gerrards Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning in the Standish Christmas Markets raffle in 2023. I own a carpet cleaner that works fine for light cleaning, so I held off using the voucher until our stairs and sofas needed a deep clean. My carpet cleaner is too bulky for the stairs, even with attachments, but Gerrards’ equipment made it effortless. Now, our stairs look and smell amazing—just like new! The results on our sofa and armchair, which are over 10 years old, were equally impressive—you’d never know their age. The service was professional and respectful of our home. The technician was knowledgeable and friendly, and the carpets dried quickly thanks to their powerful fans. He worked hard and even gave us a bottle of their stain remover, which has been fantastic for various stains. It doesn’t have a strong chemical smell, which is perfect for our home with three cats and a toddler. I highly recommend Gerrards for anyone looking for a thorough, professional clean. I will definitely be using their services again!

Great service from initially getting the quote to having my lounge, stairs, landing and 2 bedroom carpets cleaned today. My carpets now look like new.
