I made initial contact & Nichola called me and we arranged a suitable date & time for a viewing at my property. Nichola was on time , very friendly yet very professional with her wanting to know exactly what I wanted to be cleaned and what cleaning services could be provided. Notes were taken during looking in every room and deciding what was required and the following day a very realistic quote was provided for a deep clean. A time & date was then arranged. Nichola and 2 members of her staff arrived promptly and did an excellent job. I can not find fault and would recommend without hesitation. I have had a quote (it was provided at the same time as for the deep clean) and once I have fully moved into my property I will be using Bright & Beautiful for a monthly clean. I have no hesitation in using the services for a monthly clean as I have seen 1st hand what a personal service they offer.

Bright & beautiful is fabulous! I highly recommend them. They came to do a deep clean and I was told what to expect. But they exceeded my expectations. The owner on my first meeting was friendly and informative. She is professional and doesn't do a hard sell which is good. Then when they came she confirms the day before and they arrived during the time frame given. I had 3 people come and they were all professional too. They were friendly and accommodating to my husband that had to go in one of the rooms they hadn't finished cleaning. But they just worked around him. From start to finish it was wonderful. It gave me a huge lift which in turn made my husband happy too. Looking forward to their next visit!!

The team are wonderful. I was cautious about getting a cleaner for the first time but the team at Bright and Beautiful are superb. Very reliable and the house is spotless when I come back from work. It’s just allowed me to have weekends relaxing when I work and have a very busy week. I would 100% not hesitate using them if you are thinking of getting a cleaner.
