We employed Thorpe Carpentry to build and install sliding understairs cupboards in a Victorian property. The original panelling was carefully removed before the frames and cupboards were installed having been made off site in their workshop. Two new doors were also fitted with a new newel post. The care and attention to every aspect of the work was second to none. Lewis and Oscar were professional and I would highly recommend them for any carpentry you may be considering. They also manufacture bespoke kitchens.

Ben was fantastic. We sent a rough drawing of the bookcase we wanted and photos of the room, Ben came round to take measurements and sent through a quote within a few days. Ben was incredibly respectful of our home and despite the type of work, at the end of every day the room was very clean and tidy. The job took at few days and the craftsmanship/precision was perfect. The outcome is better than we had hoped and we receive compliments anytime anyone new comes to visit.

What can I say, Ben is breath of fresh air in the construction industry. Having been let down by others and on a critical timeline to complete my project I found Bens details and contacted him as he was local & explained the situation. Ben said he would look at what he could to help and juggle his workload and would get back to me later that day & he actually did! Agreed a date, agreed a price. He turned up on the agreed day and even had the decency to call and say he was running a little late. He came in did the work to a fantastic standard, worked flat out, cleaned up after himself & was polite & professional at all times. We’re so delighted with the bed Tim built for Sophie, it is exactly what we wanted. It’s beautifully designed and constructed. Timber Tim recently provided his one of a kind service with creating the decked veranda that we were in big need of, following build works to our home. He made the entire experience from start to finish exceed all of our expectations. An absolute pleasure to work with this talented tradesman. Tim came highly recommended and I can see why, his work was first class. There is no doubt in my mind that he 'loves his job' it shows in the way he goes about his work from the prompt initial consultation to finishing the project to an exceptionally high standard within the time frame discussed. We used Sean to fit our kitchen. Great workmanship, attention to detail is second to none. We had the wrong size door sent from our suppliers, we didn't have time to have a new one sent out so Sean cut it down to size and made it work, you would never know. We have used Sean's services a number of times. The biggest job was the complete redesign and renovation of our bedroom and ensuite. Mitchell O'born Carpentry did a fantastic job. Fitting very heavy doors upto 50kg with precison lining up the new to old hinge cutouts. 11 doors fitted in total all matching designs but varying in size and weight. He was extremely helpful in the consultation phase and I found him to be very trustworthy, polite and very clean. I'd like to point out his level of craft is top "notch" highly recommended.
