Fantastic experience with Mike from Jones Plumbing & Heating today. I googled a local plumber on Tuesday for a small job in the bathroom. Mike replied straight away, and managed to fit me in two days later. He arrived on time as planned, assessed the job thoroughly and got to work. He was friendly, efficient, really tidy and went above and beyond to explain everything to me. We’ll definitely use him again and would highly recommend.

We had Mike from Jones Plumbing & Heating to service our boiler and as always he has done a brilliant job. We cannot fault his expertise and knowledge of his Plumbing, always clean up after him and cannot do enough for you, and puts you at ease and feel comfortable to have him in our house. So if you need a decent plumber, he will only charge you for the work undertaken and will never rip you off so we would definitely recommend him to anyone

Mike has completed lots of jobs for us and has always been great. Communication before the work is completed is always swift and helpful. He is always respectful when completing work in the house and always clears away after himself, leaving no mess. Mike is a friendly and approachable guy and I would highly recommend him. No job ever seems too small.

We had pulled pork baps from the cafe for dinner during the Christmas light switch on event. The staff were friendly, and the food was great and the price was unusually cheap! The cakes looked absolutely incredible and although we didn't try them, will definitely be back to!

A lovely local cafe in chasetown High Street offering lovely food at very reasonable prices. The staff are really helpful and friendly and it’s has indoor seating so you can enjoy your food in comfort. Why not pay them a visit.

Burntwood & District u3a held a Christmas Lunch for 80+ members in December. For the first time we used Cafe Fika's service and delivery. It was superb, they arrived right on time with everthing in lidded trays ( not cling film). The very wide selection of items including veggie sticks, cheese and pineapple and dips was beautyfull with a Vegetarian and Vegan choice offered. Several members asked who had provided the luch was it M&S? More asked for details as they were arranging weddings and birthday events this year. As a group we highly reccomend them. Order and enjoy. Had a bacon and egg baguette from cafe fika and got to say it was lovely, cooked it exactly how I wanted it which is bacon to be crispy and a runny egg. The staff and service were nice a friendly to. Will definitely be going again 😀

Well, what a find this was. The big breakfast is superb. Great, good honest, quality full English breakfast at a very reasonable £6.50!! 2 rounds of toast or bread and help yourself to as many teas or coffees as you like. I honestly think you'd struggle to beat this for a great deal. Staff are very busy but always friendly & courteous. Go & get it!!!

I'm picky about my poached eggs, and I'm often disappointed. The guys here do PERFECT poached eggs. That's only one small part. Their menu is extensive, even so I always have the full English as a treat. Cuppa is good too. Good value for money, lovely staff, friendly, chilled atmosphere.

Today we had Ian from Pro-Spark Electrical Contractors come to install extra plug sockets in our kitchen, and we couldn't be more pleased with his work. Ian was incredibly efficient and made sure to clean up after himself, leaving everything as he found it. His workmanship was absolutely beautiful—no cutting corners, just a dedication to doing the job right and to a very high standard. It was clear that Ian put a lot of care and attention into every detail, even being mindful of my husband, who was working from home. When it came time for noisier parts of the job, like drilling, he timed it thoughtfully to minimise disruption, which was much appreciated. Ian was also incredibly respectful of our home and made an effort to be friendly with our two rather large dogs, which was an added bonus! We were so impressed with his professionalism and quality of work that we've already booked him for another project in our home. We highly recommend Ian for anyone looking for top-notch, reliable electrical work. 💫

I called Prospark as they were recommended to us by friends who were impressed with their work and the professionalism alongside the quick response and timely work completed. I contacted prospark to change our existing fuseboards as we convert a garage. Prospark carried this out quickly and efficiently with communication being excellent through the process and to say we are pleased with the result is an understatement. Will definitely use again and recommend for any electrical work! Highly recommend!

5 STAR SERVICE! We have had 3T gas call out to us today both Ste and Lucas, very professional and arrived with us the same day as the fault had been reported! I honestly can't recommend them enough fast reliable reasonable and honest thank you both again and we definitely won't be using anyone else!

Steve came out within 4 hours when my water heater suddenly stopped working. On both visits (the first to diagnose the problem and the second to fix it with the relevant parts) he was punctual and professional. Communication was great and the work was done quickly and efficiently. I was also appreciative at his flexibility re the times he could come. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending or using again. We stopped by on our walk for lunch and were served by two lovely ladies. We sampled the toasted sandwiches (on homemade bread) and cake with a couple of coffees. All delicious. My partner was impressed with the range of gluten free options and I was by the fact the cafe is open 364 days a year! We will definitely make it our lunch stop next time we are walking this way. Thank you for making us feel so welcome.

My friend and I are regular customers, calling in for coffee after a lovely dog walk around the reservoir. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, especially Vicky and Pauline. The coffee is great, made to our requirements. Although we don’t have food regularly, the cakes always look appealing. It’s great that the cafe is dog friendly too.

I was given Moazzam’s number from a friend that highly recommended him. I had a problem where an electrical fault on my boiler kept causing it to cut out whenever the heating started. He managed to diagnose the problem quickly and repaired it so that everything was working without issues. What really stood out for me, was that he explained everything thoroughly with the issue and the steps he would take to remedy it. He even updated the settings so the heating works more efficiently. Moazzam is a true professional, I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

Mo is highly professional and gave very good advice. Impressed that I was given comparative options with cost benefits for a very big job - installing boiler. Also very reasonable pricing especially compared to some of the big well known companies. So important as fuel costs are rising. I won’t go anywhere else. It’s comforting to have found such an honest and reliable service.
