Visited during the week for rear discs, pads and an oil and filter change on my x5. Was offered a seat in the office if I wanted to wait. I couldn’t believe how many phone calls came in, how many jobs they had on the go and how efficient everyone was. Excellent job done on my car in less than two hours at a very competitive price. From now on, they’ll be looking after both my vehicles. Cheers guys
Fantastic customer service, never used these before but rang them explained about to go on holiday and my rear spring had just snapped, managed to fit my car in despite being booked up, can't thank them enough
Great service. They was very helpful from the start. Very professional and done a great job. Could not thank them enough for getting my car when it was not drivable and repair it. Also done mot with them and again it gone all right and with no issues I was recommended by Halfords to go to this garage as they are specialist in BMW. Glad for the recommendation.
Faultless experience throughout, nothing was too much or any questions answered straight away. Slight issue with the car was booked in and fixed immediately. Would 1000% recommend Bruce Cousins and will be looking at using them again in the future.
