Very happy with the work Paul completed for us today. An old lead pipe had sprung a small but worsening leak. We sent new forest plumbing 24/7 message on Saturday night and received a message back from Paul on Sunday saying he could come out on Monday morning. We sent a photo of the leaky pipe and he said he could sort it no problem despite it being an old lead pipe in a tight corner with no room to move. Paul started work immediately and job was done in just a couple of hours. Really happy with Paul and the quality of his work. Highly recommended!!

Needed a plumber fairly urgently as couldn't use either basin or bath due to a very blocked waste pipe. Paul arrived the next day and did a wonderful job of unblocking also replaced a very worn u-bend. A nice polite man will use him again if ever needed.

Hi this place is a heaven for animals, the staff are the most friendliest I’ve ever met considering it’s my first time going to vets, the front team are the most hospitable and welcoming, big thank you to Dan and Daisy, the team at chilworth including Andre, Mario and the others that aren’t named their work does not go unnoticed and if anyone has any pets in need of a vet rest assured chilworth Veterinary surgery is the number 1 place I’d recommend always. Our koko a Bombay kitten who broke her paw had no chances left of saving it, however chilworth veterinary surgery has done the impossible and saved kokos right paw and is now back to her playful, chaotic self. Big thank you’s and will never forget this amazing experience

I recently visited them, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt incredibly welcomed by the friendly and professional staff. The clinic itself is brand new, and everything inside is modern, clean, and well-organized, which made my visit even more pleasant. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Andrei and Mario on two separate occasions with my Boston Terriers, and I couldn’t have asked for better care. Both Andrei and Mario were kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly, ensuring that both my dogs and I felt comfortable. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their patients, and are very passionate about animal care. It’s rare to find a place where both service and atmosphere are so inviting. Really happy with the care and treatment all my dogs have received from Chilworth veterinary surgery. Andrei has been incredibly thorough managing an issue my elderly dog has had without the need for anything invasive. He also made him feel as relaxed as possible during visits and nothing has been too much trouble. Knowing that such great care is available 24/7 should we need it, gives me peace of mind. There are very few veterinary practices that now provide this in-house. I applaud them for doing things differently and have every confidence in them!

I have been at this vets practice for nine years it's always clean and everybody is always kind, pleasant and polite. Consultants, reception staff and everyone who works there.I have never had any issues here and highly recommend it. I have always been able to park as well. Midforest vets have been absolutely superb supporting us lat 7 years. The last 6 months have been really difficult, and they did everything possible to help my Sammy. Unfortunately, we have to put Sammy to sleep on 17.10.24. They provided the best care for us and Sammy. Thank you very much.

Registered and got to be seen today and it’s been such a breeze and lovely visit after horrible experience we had at vets for pets Totton. Dr Alice took time to make my Chappy feel comfortable and although he was not scared she managed to examine his both legs and took time to explain me the problem and what we can do next. Absolutely can’t recommend enough!! We definitely found found our vet! 🤍🤍🤍

Adam visited my home to give me some very useful advice after a plumbing emergency. Joe and Adam later completed several bits of work, advising me of the best options. The work was completed to a high standard and I'd have no hesitation in using them again. Bev as well was very helpful throughout.

Adam & Joe suggested an alternative cheaper option of a purpose built dog shower rather than the shower enclosure we had asked for & they were spot on. No more carrying a muddy cocker up the stairs to have the bathroom walls spattered. Job left clean & tidy and is used most days. Would highly recommend Platinum for your plumbing needs.

Cannot fault the service from Tidal Heating. We had no heating or hot water & they came out straight away, even though they were fully booked. Lee fixed the problem straight away. Maxine & all of the other staff are a pleasure to speak to. Cannot recommend enough.

We have been going to Fernhill Vets for a few years now and we can say without a doubt it is the most caring vet practice we have visited with our dog Harrie(t) who sadly we had to say goodbye. The vet Roanne and staff have always been understanding, empathetic and reassuring. On Harrie’s sunset day she and us were look after with care and dignity in what must be the hardest decision for any pet owner and vet. We will miss Harrie dearly but we shall hold onto all those good times and unconditional love she gave us for her 14 years. Although it feels at the moment so awful - it was not the wrong decision and we thank Fernhill Vets for helping us come to the right decision for Harrie. After 14 years a whole new pattern to life. Early days, so loved and missed Harrie. Thank you.

I can't recommend Village Vets enough. We've been registered with them for years and have had nothing but the very best experiences. Both Pat and Tom have a wonderful way with both my cat and dog and I always feel they are in the very best hands. They always take the time to explain everything and give you all the options available. They were especially kind to me when my cat was attacked by a dog and really made an awful experience a lot easier to deal with. My cat has both chronic kidney disease and hyperthyroidism and Pat has been excellent throughout, providing us with guidance on treatment and helping keep my cat's stress to a minimum. Would highly recommend.

We decided to travel down to Southampton to experience this up and coming chef. Daniel Rogan, whose father has three Michelin stars, clearly has some serious skills in the kitchen and a great pedigree. We arrived at the farm location. It was interesting driving the not made for off road car in the dark across the mud/gravel entrance to the farm. I was expecting to hit a pot hole but everything was smooth sailing. We parked up and found the entrance. A very unassuming wooden door. Upon entering we were greeted with a lovely smile from front of house. We were shown to our table which gave us an audience view of the open plan kitchen, like all the other tables. Overall the food was exquisite. And at £110pp can't be beaten for value, especially when comparing to London prices. Although this was not Michelin starred, if Daniel keeps going like this it surely must be in his future. The restaurant itself did feel like a village hall, but then you're on a farm. Not sure what other reviewers are expecting. Normally I go through each of the dishes but you can see the menu and all you need to know is that each dish complemented the preceding dish well. The Old Winchester Cheddar was our favourite, and the dessert was well worth waiting for. Service was good enough. Some servers way friendlier than others (shout out to the lovely blonde lady with glasses - sorry I can't remember your name!). We overall had a great experience. It was worth the 90 minute drive from London. I'm going to keep an eye on the seasonal menu changes and come down again to see how it's progressed.

I took my cat there, and even though I was late as I'm new to the area and got lost , they dident make me feel bad we went strait in, the vet was really good she new roughly what was wrong with her as she hasn't had test bust gave her what she needed and it wasn't over price, I always took my cats to pets at home with are over priced and not as good, I'm takeing her back next month and hopefully I'll see the same vet,

Took my kitten here for a check up before her spay, reception staff were lovely and welcoming. Vet that I saw explained everything I could have asked, made sure my cat felt comfortable and ensured I knew everything I could before the procedure. Booked in for just over a week later, very impressed!
