Fantastic! Receptionist was lovely to start with, then called into the dentist and can honestly say she was the nicest dentist I have ever attended! Friendly, took time to listen and explain what was needed. Put my nerves at rest and was just very nice. This is what all dentists should be like!

Very good and quick service, I got an appointment quickly and didn't have to wait at the practice. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant. I wish the main concern I had were dealt with in a different manner, but for experience with the NHS it was very good.

Professional, polite, very knowledge & detailed. Ella & her assistant (I don't know her name, unfortunately) were considerate & exceptional in every way. The standards of both the practice & staff are very high reassuring oneself that you are with experienced personnel who will take time & consideration with your health care. My expectations were not only met but surpassed in every way!

A very relaxed check up appointment with Will. He is very easy going and creates a comfortable atmosphere in the surgery. The receptionist and Dental Nurse were also very friendly. 10 January 2025 A hygienist appointment with Nicole today. She is always so welcoming and friendly. She was very thorough and gentle as always with her treatment. Thank you Nicole. I always receive a lovely welcome from the reception team as well.

Such a great dentist! I can honestly say I’ve never had such a thorough check up as I’ve had with Jay he really does love his job it’s clear to see! Also the hygienist is amazing and also had a consultation with Will Shaw today about veneers and he’s super knowledgeable and I feel like he really took on board and understood exactly what I’m looking to achieve with my teeth. Would recommend to anyone!

Never a problem with my Dentist Dr Will Shaw, I always receive such good treatment. He puts me at ease. I've been going to Ancells Farm Dentist now for many years. Chloe on reception is very nice. I never worry about attending my 6-monthly appointments. I met Will's colleague Michael a few days ago who seems lovely. I am happy to think that if Will wasn't there I could see Michael. Thank you so much for your expert attention to my teeth over the years.

He has gone above & beyond, on multiple occasions, to fit me in when I’ve had dental emergencies or arrange prescriptions. He takes the time to explain exactly what needs doing & how. He always acts in the patients best interest. An incredibly kind, caring & professional dentist. I couldn’t recommend him & the practice highly enough.

I found the staff at the practice deeply caring and knowledgeable in their specialism. I had a complex issue and the dentist I was seeing referred me to the head of the practice (Claudio). The head assessed me and made a hospital dentistry referral. The referral was very clear to consultants & I was accepted. I now enjoy eating and smiling. Thank you so much Natalia and Claudio.

The best dental clinic i have been to so far. Had some horrendous experiences with dentists in the past but these ladies and gents put you to ease straight away. Iv had 3 appointments so far in 2025 and have walked away each time feeling happy and better equipped with knowledge about dental care. Every single one of them has a great sense of humour, explain things in a very simple and easy to understand manner and provide very detailed instructions in how i can better care for my teeth. I think the post appointment emails from the Dentists are a great touch to remind you of the things you need to do to keep your teeth in a healthy condition. Yes it can be a bit pricey, but its worth every penny given the world class service you receive. I no longer fear going to the dentists and dare i say it...but Dr Farzad, Dr Rashid, Dr Samantha actually make dental care sound fun and not a chore! 😅 Always a pleasure talking to Lucie before and after appointments too! I stumbled across them by accident after i suffered an injury and needed urgent dental treatment, but im so pleased i did. For once, Google did not let me down!

I was extremely impressed by everyone at the practice from Lucy on reception, to Sam the hygienist and Dr Rashid the dentist - everyone was professional, thorough and very kind and caring. I feel very confident in my treatment plan - they made a anxiety creating experience very easy to deal with.

Completed my Invisalign journey with Dr Farzad. So happy with the results. Dr Farzad is very friendly, knowledgable, professional and great at what he does and all the ladies he has assist him are lovely and help care for you on every visit also. Would high recommend Dr Farzad and the team at time dental.

I've been a member at Time Dental for a few years and cannot recommend it highly enough. The staff are lovely, considerate and friendly, always trying to make sure I have the best experience. I book my appointments 6 months in advance and always get text reminders to let me know so I don't miss them. Even though I'm moving further away from Time Dental, I won't be changing practise any time soon! 10/10 recommendation!

Hygienist Leanne is fabulous. I really dislike anything metal scraping around my teeth but with Leanne it is never a bad experience. I can honestly say I am completely relaxed in the chair and could probably fall asleep if the appointment was longer. Fantastic work Leanne, thank you.

Our family recently switched to Bupa Dental Care and haven’t regretted it for a second. I broke a tooth a few days ago. I got an appointment with Martyna Mach the following day and she repaired it perfectly. Martyna has also given me a root canal and a crown on previous occasions, doing a great job every time. A big shout out to Sue and Lina in Reception too for their friendliness and efficiency in booking the appointment and then processing the insurance claim. Highly recommended all round.

Great online booking service for the hygienist appointment. Very flexible and you can change your booking easily as well without having to pick up the phone. Arrived at Bupa Fleet Rd today at 7.55am for my 8am appointment and was greeted very warmly. Maxine, the hygienist, was prompt, quick and very considerate. Top class! I've been coming here for at least 2 to 3 years now and have not been disappointed

I just wanted to take a moment to highly recommend Emma and thank the entire team at Holistic Dental Centre. I recently completed my Invisalign treatment, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Emma always took the time to explain each step of the treatment and answer any questions I had. Every member of staff who I dealt with always made sure to go above and beyond to accommodate. The Invisalign aligners were easy to use, and the progress has left me with a massive smile. Literally. 6 months of Invisalign with Emma and the results are superb.. Emma and her team are amazing. Emma gives a lot of her time to make sure that everything is perfect.She is gentle and makes everything as comfortable and easy as possible. I’d highly recommend her. Is it worth it in your 50’s? I attended an appointment to have my teeth professionally cleaned. The appointment was scheduled by telephone , and started right on time. The dentist was calm, professional and talked through all actions using a water spray gun from with in my mouth , removed years of debris from in side my mouth both upper and lower jaws. My mouth knew that it had been worked on but in a good way. It made me keen to improve my teeth brushing techniques using an electric tooth brush rather than relying on an ordinary tooth brush. One does pay for this quality of dentistry but what price healthy teeth? I am retired.

I love taking my girls to Castle Vets, the staff are very attentive and give my girly dogs lots of attention. Both ladies have had surgeries through this practice and the aftercare is first-rate. The receptionist Judith is especially caring and gives my girls a big fuss everything she sees them. I can’t recommend high enough.

Amazing place , amazing staff and I love coming here. Have been there before as well. This time reached after 3 pm so food options were limited . So we tried hot chocolate and scones and loved both. Fruit Scone was really really nice. Next time I will try the cheese scone :)

I honestly couldn't be more grateful to the team here. They have always gone above and beyond; from emergency appointments, to major surgery when our cat was hit by a car, to helping move our cats overseas. They all absolutely care. Their prices are reasonable and their service absolutely incredible. A huge thank you to the team and especially Sabina who put so much effort into making sure we had zero stress with moving our boys over to South Africa. They have both arrived safely and are settling. We will miss you!

Only had great experiences! Both our kittens were neutered and spayed here and the staff are incredible. We’ve only been with them about 3 months now but every single experience has been lovely. They all really care about the cats and their prices are very reasonable. My friend recommended this veterinary centre and later found out lots of my friends with animals go here too. They’re amazing with the animals and you can tell they have a love for every single one. Lovely homely feeling and would strongly recommend.

Great staff and service. My dog hates the vets but tolerates it all because of the staff. My dog has to go back in after this initial review as she became unwell. I cannot praise the team at Vets4Pets Farnham enough. On the afternoon of 6/7/22 at 3.30pm approx. My dog managed to get a grass seed wedged deep inside one of her ears. This caused her a great deal of pain and discomfort. I phoned the surgery and receptionist said to bring her along in about 30minutes. I arrived and was seen in less than 10min. Left 20mins later with the seed safety removed. One happy dog and one happy owner. The team are so friendly and efficient, they are a credit too their profession.

We can't recommend Vets4Pets Farnham enough. Our dogs Kenny and Sunny have been looked after so well by Roger and the team over the last 4 years and we have been so grateful for their help and advice on any issues. The team are very caring and extremely knowledgeable.

Where to start ? The practise is welcoming, helpful and regardless of subject or concern the staff go over and above to help. They are honest in advise and the care of our pets has been exceptional. I would reccomend to everybody to use this practise they are simply the best.
